The Hot Topic seems to be the military and political heads going at it like two testosterone rams

I understand that communication is key so this is how I see it.

The Military Head and Political head should have each others Emails and Cell phones (if thats cool)

From there, they should discuss things and only between themselves. Over a beer or tea or wine or whatever you crazy kids drink these days.

From there, both parties part ways and talk to their respected leaders.

From there, those leaders talk to their underlings

From there, those underlings give orders to the grunts

We all live happily ever after.

We blow stuff up.

We take over Countries.
