The Circus is still hiring.

Day 1,096, 09:56 Published in New Zealand New Zealand by MisterBeefhead

This morning I was in a sad state. I was excited for my big day at the circus, but had nobody to share my happy circus times with. I would have shared with congress, if only I could find them. Once again I checked the congressional voting-shed, once again it was empty.

Well I can't let high-Q circus tickets go to waste, so who should I invite? Who has worked tirelessly, organizing and reorganizing and reorganizing and reorganizing our beloved NZDF? The military leaders, of course! These guys have labored without funding, without training, without orders, for WEEKS! I guess they're waiting for congress to finish their hide-and-seek game.

I found the military leadership in the Defense Force Q, First Land Division, Wellington Prefect, Platton 303 'raging hemaeroids' strategic tool hut.

Did they want to go to the circus? Of course!

When we arrived, I saw the greatest sight my eyes had laid eyes on in several weeks! I saw congress! Turns out they've run away to join the circus. And they're NEVER coming back.

In my time of sorrow I did what we all do, I embraced the elephant. And the elephant returned my embrace! Afterwards we had a long talk, you can learn alot from the strong, silent types.

I learned that... all you need to move mountains is peanuts!

But, you can't wait a month to bring the peanuts.

I learned that... elephants aren't forgetfull, they just don't like being reminded!

But, when the house is on fire, after men smelling of BAD gas have been by, you should remind the elephants that their Entire Elephant Life Savings is still in the house, and thus vulnerable, though, I don't know WHAT they could be vulnerable to, as we are all good friends here. Good friends who occasionally mention that they have the power to destroy us. By destroy us they mean rob us. By rob us they mean steal the money in the tax-bloated treasury. By steal the money in the tax-bloated treasury, I mean... go hug an elephant, you'll feel better.
