The Circle of Trust

Day 1,681, 13:27 Published in Poland Poland by Nikolay Dimchev Dimov

Hello Poland,

I have just received my Polish citizenship and joined your community. I hope to find many new friends here and to make my game experience more interesting. Let us hope Poland will become even stronger in the months to come! As I come from Bulgaria I decided to prepare a material regarding the new alliance Circle of Trust (CoT) that was established during the past few weeks – I believe this will be very interesting for the people here in Poland and will enrich their knowledge regarding the matter.

CoT alliance was founded by Bulgaria and Chile when they left EDEN and Terra respectively. Presently it consists of 7 countries – Bulgaria, Chile, South Korea, New Zealand, Peru, Paraguay and Switzerland. For the time being, the main objective of the alliance is to strengthen its global position and to attract new countries. Most of the members are small states and need to fight hard in order to stay on the map. Presently CoT has cordial relationship and co-operate very closely with ONE and with Poland.

Let me briefly present the main member countries:

Bulgaria

The biggest country in the alliance is Bulgaria. Bulgarians have domination over their foes – Turkey in Division 2 and 3 but lack the strength in Division 4. Another big problem for their military is the night rounds when the enemy strongly supported by its allies who are in their “Prime time” is causing a lot of trouble for all divisions. The country experienced political turbulence in the past month – the president Sturman|Y| was impeached by the congress shortly after he came on power. This was done despite the fact he managed to wipe out Turkey. The reason for the impeachment was that the majority of the ruling elite were in favor of ceasefire with Turkey. This was done in contradiction with the will of the ordinary Bulgarian people who elected Sturman|Y| with big majority to continue the war with Turkey. His successor Avitohol was in charge for just few days because he did couple of big mistakes that led to his impeachment. He agreed for a ceasefire with Turkey but the agreement was against Bulgarian interests. On the next day he denounced the ceasefire – however the denouncement had no legal power and Bulgaria was put in very awkward situation. There is also a lot of work to be done from the next Bulgarian president in order to restructure the military and the paramilitary of the country.

Chile

The military of the country is strong in Division 2 and Division 3 but lacks in Division 4 against the main enemy Argentina. There was a large baby-boom that took place during the last week but Argentina also experienced an increase of new players so the outcome in Division 1 will depend on who will manage to grow more babies into permanent players. Similar to Bulgaria there was a political turbulence in Chile - their president Alain Echeveria was about to be impeached. It was planned Daanitha to take the power but the proposal was rejected. Unfortunately Chile was overtaken by Argentina and now has to fight for its freedom again. The situation is critical – Chile needs to gain the resources necessary to feed the new babies in order to stand a chance against Argentina but heavy support from CoT and ONE shall be needed.

South Korea

The country is in very tough position – it borders Taiwan – a de facto puppet state of China. For the past months South Korea was under almost permanent Taiwanese occupation and Chinese suppression and had no congress. However, after tough negations between South Korea, Taiwan, China and Bulgaria a congress was ensured for the Koreans this month. The Koreans are small but knit community of players mostly in Division 3 and 4.

New Zealand

A country with 250 active players mostly in Division 3 and 4 – very close ally with Chile. When these 2 countries act together they give some headache to the Argentinean military. However, Kiwis are not strong enough to fight against Argentina and Australia simultaneously.

The military unit

There are many challenges for this new alliance to become strong and powerful – additional nations must join “The Circle” in order to achieve larger volumes of damage. However, until this is fact the alliance governors decided to strive for better results with better organization. A mobile military unit subordinated to CoT is being established. The goal is to achieve 24 hours coverage and swift reaction in battles all over the world. The military unit is international and citizens from all friendly countries (including Poland) are welcomed. All members receive weapons and good financing.
