Who could resist Belgian Waffles?
Well it was quite a fight for the Belgian presidency yesterday. The contenders: Olv007, the Phoenix candidate, and shadowucks, the EDEN candidate. When the dust cleared Olv007 won by 105 votes. How could this be though? EDEN started a campaign to win eBelgium from Phoenix control not that long ago. What happened? EDEN didn't respond.
With a newspaper article such as this from the eHungarian Ambassador to eBelgium, it's hard to believe that EDEN didn't know what Phoenix was up to. It just shows that EDEN is too caught up in their usual politics to care for securing future interests. As for Phoenix, it was truly a well-organized event. Good job!
So how will this affect the Western European conflict? We can only watch and see.

But I admit that our waffles of Brussels are excellent with a little cream or sugar.
Belgium is Belgian now, it was not a Phoenix PTO - the majority of actual Belgians are pro-phoenix, and Olv007 wants neutrality. The proof that Belgians are pro-phoenix is that they ran the UNL when it joined phoenix (60% of congress) and they have had 3 pro-EDEN PTOs, two of which destroyed the country, one of which failed, giving them good reason to be pro-phoenix. @daniecox: actually it's looking like Belgium is EDEN. I never said that it was a Phoenix PTO but instead that Phoenix made an organized effort to vote for who they liked. I mention the battle between EDEN and Phoenix only because if Phoenix didn't get involved then there would be a pro-EDEN President and things would be worse off than they are now. Just take a look at Elynea's article and you'll see that EDEN is destroying the country.

Eden is very bad.
I think that it is kids who are in one school playgrounds.
If the US ships voters to a country, it's a vicious PTO.
When Hungary does the same thing, it's a beautiful effort to restore self-determination and "neutrality".
I'm already waiting for the blocking attacks out of Belgium to help save the UK and bring back France. If you think Phoenix helps you for free, you are gullible beyond belief.
