The Beauty and.... the Patient

For most of you this may be a day like any other, but for me it is a very special one.
I have the honour to announce my upcoming eWedding.
Before I announce my bride-to-be, let me tell you the story of how we met and how things evolved to this point. A real story. A story like a movie. My story. Actually, OUR story.

When eRomania declared war on eRussia, I was called to arms and was assigned as a spy. So I spent a week in march, until we reached to the Russian lands. Finally, I had the opportunity to participate in a fight ...
Battle for Volga! It's cold, I'm behind enemy lines. I found out where they concentrated their artillery, and I even intercepted a letter from PHOENIX Head Quarter, for the Russian tank division. I'm heading, carefully, towards the Romanian trenches. Suddenly, I was caught in cross fire. Shells start to fall. Cautious, like anyone who grew up with war novels, I hid in a shell hole but bad luck followed me, I got hit and was taken prisoner by the Russians. My right leg was bleeding profusely. Probably a case-shot done it’s duty. I see that I’m deeply wounded, so they sent me to the hospital.
There, to my surprise, besides the usual large number of wounded, I saw a lot of Red Cross volunteers. Like bees, they ran continuously to the bedside of the sick, to relieve their sufferings. A skilled doctor consulted me and found that I need no amputation. A simple disinfection and ... I was senseless.
When I woke up, surprise!!! A beautiful young lady sat next to me. I began to think that I was in Heaven. Soon, I found out that she’s a Red Cross volunteer, who incidentally was to care for me during convalescence.
Still, the situation was terrible. I had torn leg and hardly able to walk. Recovery took two weeks; those weeks have been, well, maybe the most beautiful moments of my life. From time to time, when she had some free time, we chatted. I learned quickly that I'm in front of a golden heart. I felt that it was the right time to take action, to show my feeling toward her. Unfortunately, I had to be moved with other prisoners of war into barracks, surrounded by barbed wire. Not long, eRussia had to capitulate; this meant freedom for us as prisoners of war. In a quick withdrawal, I did not have enough time to ask her where would she go once hostilities will end. I was faced by an unusual situation: we were practically engaged, but I did not know where she was.



But fate must have been on my side: on the way back home, mourned with the thought of the incredible situation I was experiencing with her, I saw a truck stopped by our soldiers on the roadside. It was a mistake: The Red Cross are supposed to have immunity in such situations ... but due to the lack of English understanding, they got arrested. Luck or not, in that truck, among many others, was HER. You can imagine what followed...
I finally found out where was the camp she stayed in. We secretly meet just to spend time for a while. I remember the last time we talked under the moonlight near a river bank before she finally transferred back to eIndonesia. I can’t erase the picture of her bright eyes and smile from my mind since then.

And now, after the big war is over, I forced my self to come to see her and tell her what have been on my mind this whole time. I have told her how much she fills my days and nights with that smile. She knew that I would like to be the one she smiles at every morning, and be the one she says goodnight before she goes to bed...

As I promised, I have to present my future eWife: Blacklist Princess.
She will be taken to the altar by all-x, and we will unify our vows with the blessing of our eGodparents: Don KronoX and mortalbeta. My bestman will be Ciobi Spartanu, and the maid of honor will be n3nk. We’ll have there, close to us, my eParents, Ivana Ika and Herodot, to whom I own my eternal gratidude, my mates from Praetorian Guard, as well as Princess’ family, The BlackList-ers : Togardergrosse, Laya, Ronell, Toexlamer, Andrecor, Boscky, a_17_dy, ridwan ilhami, ddimow and jraulos55. She would also like to thank her best friends: Daizengar and sandygee.
The ceremony will take place on Saturday, 28.05.2011, 9 : 30 eRepublik time, on #BlackList channel (IRC Rizon).
