Bastards of Liberty are different...

I was PMing with a new citizen about our party. Here's the conversation when I asked him if he had any other questions about joining our party:

I agree with the "don't really care about e-politics"....but I don't agree that "all parties are pretty much the same..."

That is the WHOLE point of why I founded the Bastards of Liberty. EVERYONE has a say...not just a select few. You should try out our forum and meet some of our members....you would see a difference.

That just astounded me, until I thought....this must be what MOST of the new people (and some old) in this game think. So I decided to explain a few things from our manifesto on a "public soapbox."


2. Every brother of the BOL has a voice here.

This party is formed around the fact that we are all brothers. Each and every one of us has an equal voice and say in what direction we will move our party. The game of eRepublik is ever-changing. Our freedom of speech here is what will allow us to morph and adapt to the changes that find their way to the game.


This is no BS statement. Ask ANY Bastard. We take EVERYONE'S opinion into account. The majority does rule, but this is how new ideas come about.


I plan on adding other articles explaining the credo of the party to hopefully give non-Bastards a shining light to see.
