The American Front – Day 615

Day 615, 18:35 Published in Australia Australia by FallbackPants

In the last update I gave aAmerica and eCanada looked like it might be turning the tide of the war in their favour. A couple of days later and that couldn’t be further from the truth. ePortugal and eIndonesia launched new fronts on the American homeland in Georgia and Hawaii respectively. Both fell, leading to opening more direct fronts and Georgia represented the first East Coast state to fall to PEACE.

eIndonesia then attacked California, the West Coast fortress with a Q5 Hospital and a Q5 Defence System. Despite the fact they fought alone against the USA and its 14 allies, eIndonesia conquered this key state in the last hour of the battle dropping their tanks into the battle.

eCanada also lost one it’s key, Q5 Hospital, states in Alberta to eFrance. Two vital Q5 states were lost to the US/Canadian troops.

The elections were also vastly impacted by the war. eCanada was very nearly PTO’d by PEACE with the Canadian Federalist Party, a PEACE PTO Party, but failed to gain a majority thanks to moving voters from across the world. The USA also attempted to PTO France, but were prevented by the diversion of PEACE voters away the Canadian election. eCroatia, a US/Canadian ally, PTO’d eItaly, a member of PEACE. ePoland managed to gain a majority in eGermany, but not enough to enact an impeachment process, more bad news for eGermany who have had a bad couple of months. Strangely eNorth Korea managed to withstand a PTO from Russia, but looks like it will quickly fall on the battlefield.

Today, Portugal has attacked Tennessee and South Carolina, Russia has attacked South Dakota and the Q5 Hospital Kansas, which has been secured by the Americans. eBrazil has moved to block eSpanish invasion into eFrance by attacking the Canary Islands.

While this war is far from over PEACE definitely has the upper hand at the moment. The fall of Alberta and California represent a major shift in PEACE’s favour.
