Valva mare, agitatie intr-un bol, reactii acide, plictiseala maxima. Melanjul obisnuit cu ocazia alegerilor si in lipsa actiunilor razboinice din tarile romanesti. Nostalgia luptelor ii cuprinde pe vajnicii soldati din UM-uri si nu numai. Isi amintesc lipsa ordinelor oficiale si intrebarile febrile:
