The 1 party system and some facts.

In the following article i will explain to everybody the ins and outs about the 1 party system and the future.

A bit more then 2 months ago 16 januari it all started.
The congress agreed to have the state have 1 party to counter the PTO, this party would be paid by the government and this rule would apply for 2 months.

16th march this law that was passed by congress has ended.
According to the law, the party has to be auctioned with an minimum value of 40g.
Because nobody has started this auction yet, i opened a topic here.

A few things have changed though, a few weeks ago the admins made some changes.
One of these changes is that an party wont be moved to an other country.
So even if we get wiped again, we will never loose VN.

It was never the intention of congress to sponsor political parties, that is why verenigd nederland is auctioned.
This is also the reason why there shouldnt be gold donated to start an opposition party.

But lets look back to the 1 party system, in the 2 months that it was active.
- We had an increase of congresstax payment. (not only the total amount but also the percentage of people that is paying, which is good for the state treasury)
- We had less congressmedal hunters in congress.(only active citizens in congress because u had to apply on the forum)
- We had more activity (we thought we would have problems with reaching the quota, but that didnt happen).
- We had some new active members who are now actively participating in our community, i wont say its because of the 1 party system, but the applying on the forum could have made them be active on the forum.

So in conclusion, i feel the 1 party system was good for us.
However the 2 month period has ended and everybody is now free to start their own party.
