Well the miraculous snowball survived its trip through Hell!

And the double miracle was that you made me top the poll in Scotland!

I am now learning rapidly about what Congress members can and can't do.
Basically you can do three things -
Propose Laws
Vote for Laws
Accept new citizens

There are seven type of law you can propose -
New citizen fee
Country donations
Issue money
Natural enemy
Change taxes
Minimum wage
President impeachment

Presidents can also propose five types of law -
New welcome message
Trade embargo
Alliance
Declare war
Peace proposal
