Thanks and New Plans for Richmond

Greetings

I want to thank all of those who voted in the latest election(especially those who voted for me) I'm proud to be Richmond's new mayor and i have several plans to help the people and the city of Richmond. I have started a lottery to help fund the hospital as well as the new gifting program. I have stockpiled several gifts already and will be passing some out this evening.
