Thank you Serbia!

Day 695, 15:55 Published in Serbia Hungary by charlie50

Dear Serbian brothers!

Tonight I wrote an article in Hungarian media about the great help from our best friends and brothers: the people of Serbia. Fortunatelly it was chosen to be the official article from Hungary to Serbia so let me quote the article. Unfortunatelly I don’t speak Serbian but my friend, Kistru promised to translate it tomorrow, so I will edit it as soon as I get translation. Let me (and thousands of Hungarians) to thank you again (and a million times) your unselfish help. We’re proud to have friends like the mighty nation of Serbia. Hail Serbia!

„I didn’t believe my eyes tonight. This night I was watching the Manitoba battle like most of us. I saw a lot of Serbian guys hitting on our side during the day (especially in Canada when it was really needed), but what I saw half an hour ago was stunning. At half past ten, the Serbian avatars were flowing like an avalanche on the Hungarian side in the battle for Manitoba against Canada and in the Hamgyong RW. I thought I’d try the impossible and looked for a Serbian military leader or organizer to ask about this action. For my greatest surprise, it took less than a minute to find somebody to answer my questions. While he was writing his answers I was watching the Serbian chat where I felt myself like I was on a football game after a goal. When they realized I was Hungarian I could hardly concentrate on my man’s answers as so many guys are asking me, congratulating or just securing me about their friendship. That was the first time that I met so wide sympathy, when I was not talking to my party-mates or guys from the ministry where I work, but when I felt the support of a whole nation.

Unfortunatelly, I can’t describe this feeling but I suggest to all Hungarians to get to know our Serbian friends better to experience this fantastic feeling. I have no doubt anymore who are our real friends in this game. I liked Serbian players before, but if anyone will say one bad word about Serbians, I will publicly call him a liar. 🙂

Let’s see the facts and numbers about Serbian help. As my questions was answered around 300-400 soldiers arrived from the regular army and they had about 300k damage. What is even more impressive, the same number of civils came to fight with us on their same costs. There’s no information about their damage buta s I saw them fighting all day long I estimate their damage quite similar to the regulars (lots of them fought themselves under 40 wellness after hospital). I think Hungary will officialy will thank Serbia the help but I would like us, average citizens to say thank you as well. Let me mention some names I noted from the battle: thank you Ano, Ilija Bozic, Trichoplax, nsfreak1, grunf, Lunatic, rodjak, Hostilian, Shumor, Bokee88, Djox, Darco, minocina, dukaman and all Serbian players. Of course, there was much more than them but I could quickly write down only some names. It was good to see how many friends came to help from Serbia.

Once again (sorry for repeating myself, but I can’t say it enough times) thank you Serbia!

Serbian version (thanks again, Kistru)

Draga braco Srbi!
Hail Srbija!

"Nisam verovao svojim ocima veceras.
