Thank you Japan, and Cabinet Positions

Thank you Japan for all your votes yesterday. With everyone's help (including Peace) Japanese were able to triumph over the mafia counter part. This is one of the historic election to be remembered, as the time, Japan had won against our evil mafia counter part, and as an election, where we had over 175 votes total.

Now that I am officially elected to the highest office of our Country, I will start looking for the skilled and active citizens to assist our country and government and to run everything smoothly. There are many positions to fill, and all of these positions are equally important for our government to work efficiently. As for Vice, president, I will be appointing one myself, So I know the person in vice president position is someone I can work with easily, and who can actively help Japan. However, all other position are open to be applied to, and you have chance of getting a position.


Here are positions which need to be filled…

Secretary of Treasury (財務長官):
Leads and runs government finance and advice President on future economic policy. Also, he will plan for future Japanese plans for our market, and propose plans to improve our economy. Also, he will propose the standard wage for Government companies operating under secretary of defense, and interior.

Secretary of State (国務長官):
Leads and runs the foreign relationship for eJapan. One of the most important position, as it could decide the future of Japanese foreign relation, and helps president in foreign affairs, and negotiation between other countries.

Army General (元帥):
Heads the army, and Leads and guides the Japanese soldiers into Battle when in war time. His main goal is to make sure he is able to lead the army when Japan requires them. He will follow plans and orders of president and secretary of defense, to inform every soldier to have successful chain of commands.

Secretary of Defense (国防長官):
He handles military planning, and Prepare the supplies needed for the war. He is in Charge of running an army and make sure Jappan is protected from foreign threats. He also runs the Japanese national companies relating with war.

Secretary of Interior (国内長官):
He deals with Buildings of Japan, and improving the interiors of Japan. He is also in charge of providing a general welfare within Japan, and to improve the conditions of the citizens in Japan. He is in charge of Planning for gifting, or future hospitals which will be built in Japan. He is also in Charge with running a national companies which deals with providing a welfare within Japan.

Secretary of Communication (情報長官):
He is in charge of running a national central government media within Japan. He is also in charge of making sure to check foreign Medias, and advertize Japan to foreign countries when needed. He will write official government article, when needed, and make sure all Japanese citizens are well informed.

Secretary of Education (教育長官):
He is in Charged with making sure new citizens are set for erepublik by helping them if they have question, or guiding them into the life of erepublik. He will also give lessons about topics relations to Japanese language, culture and so on, from time to time. However, his main Job will be to guide newer citizens to become active part of Japan, and to help them get to forum, job, and so on.

Attorney General (司法長官):
He will helps make sure that Japan is running fair, and there is no corruption within the government. If he finds corruption, or questionable behavior by government officials, congressmen, or cabinet, he is to inform the government and Japan as whole, to make sure government fix those corruption, or behaviors. Also, If citizens have complaint against how government is running, Citizens will address their complaint, or grief to Attorney General, so he can bring this up in the government.

Also, In other news, There will be some reorganization for Japanese Government Organizations. First, there will be new organization which will be created for the government with 5 golds stored in NBJ. Five golds will be transferred to my account to create this new organization, “Japanese Interior Service” (since you can’t make Organization from Organization.) This Organization will be used by Secretary of Interior, to provide general welfare within Japan, and for development of our buildings.


Also, National companies will also be reshuffled. The current Weapon, and moving company within National Bank of Japan will move over to Japanese Imperial Army, and Current Gift, Hospital and Food companies in National Bank of Japan will Move over to new Japanese Interior Service. The main National Bank of Japan will serve from now on, as main storage of our money, and for other future companies if the government decides to expand the program. Also it will be used as main distributer of Cash, if government decides to enact any loan program. I hope these new plan to separate Japanese companies to two domain, and under different control, will allow more active, and efficient government ran companies which will be able to assist our land when in need.
