Thank You eCanada & The CPF

A little mood music to hit the “Theme” of the article...Home

Greetings eCanada,

I promise to keep this one short for you.

Home...Im home at last. Home again in the CPF where it all began, Home again in eCanada where I started my eLife, and home again in Congress where the fire to be a politician was lit for me.

First off, I want to thank the CPF and Randall Flagg 1999 for welcoming me home and giving me the opportunity to run for office. It is indeed an honour and a pleasure to once again carry the CPF flag in Congress. I am grateful for the opportunity and I surely wont waste it.

Second, I would like to thank eCanadians everywhere for their support of the CPF as a whole. You believe in the philosophy and the guiding principles of the party. As I scan the elected members from the CPF, I can see a very strong field of players who I have learned over my time in this game, have the best interests of the nation at heart. I know I speak for all of us when I say Thank YOU for giving us the chance to do right by all of you.

Much gets said about activity in Congress and how many of us are elected just for the gold. I intend to ensure I am not one of those people. I am committing to an article every Friday in which I will detail my voting history on proposals as well as my voting history on in-forum issues. I will share with you, what I am doing, what I am supporting, what I am proposing, and what I am objecting to. You put me in office, the least you can expect from me is to know what your elected members are doing. I will be as active as is reasonable and though I may not have the most posts in any given month, I will be sure that when I contribute, it is meaningful and intelligent.

On that note, I intend to take my concept of a National Arts Archive to Congress. I will be making a motion to have the Archives opened and attempt to secure a moderate funding stipend. I said I would do this if elected...now that I have been elected, I will do as I said I would.

In closing, again Thank YOU! I look forward to a strong Congressional debate and some time connecting with old foes and allies in government.

The 7 tenets of the CPF

1. Uphold the equality of all active Military Units
2. Make the accounting of government funding more open and important
3. Ensure Canada is a reliable and selfless ally
4. To respect, recognize and uphold the supremacy of the mechanics of the game
5. Develop a positive political sphere
6. Bring in Canadians to eRepublik
7. To encourage growth and stability to the eCanadian economy.

Until later...

Yours In National Unity,
