Australia have been informed that Circle of Trust have found both Chile and Australia guilty of violating the Treaty with a 60% majority.

In terms of The eAustralia and eChile Non-Aggression Agreement - January 2013 Section V, I quote:

V. BREACHES OF THIS AGREEMENT

1. BY Australia:
1. automatically grants Chile the right to enact war on Australia;
2. CoT, the USA and Brazil agree that they will assist Chile, should they so need it, to enact war against Australia if the conditions contained within this document are not met;

2. BY Chile:
1. automatically grants Australia and its Allies to enact war against Chile;
2. CoT, the USA and Brazil agrees that its own nations will enact war against Chile if conditions contained within this document are not met or broken by Chile;

Australia await CoT, USA and Brazil's wipe of Chile.

since the act of the breaking happened before and was in court it doesnt need to be ratified in the next months afterwards, stop lawyering and realize that CoT tried to be smart and ended up screwing up

Really it was the only verdict they could have reached, no one would've believed them if they'd found Chile blameless and CoT needs Chile too much to find against them no matter what the truth was.

Not true as really eAustralia had little standing as a non-member state from the outset. This was a test of international convention and previous allied positions assisted in reaching the outcome of the court's sitting. A welcomed conclusion.

wrong Mick Gatto, much evidence was found against Chile which is exactly why they could not with any conscience find Chile Innocent. they have to keep up the impression of being an alliance that in trustworthy and sticks to the ideals it was founded on.

the irony is that they wanted to find both guilty as an easy answer to save face, avoid sparking issues. its a pity they didnt read the fine print and realize there was no easy way out.

also side note, it was CoT members themselves who brought the issue up within the CoT court. its not about Australias position but members being very very unhappy with what CoT has become.

and when I told Argentina they needed to focus outside their own selfish needs or the entire region will be over run by eChile I was ignored and Argentina were wiped. Argentina arrogance is their own worst enemy. If your leaders had any brains this entire scenario would have been averted.

CoT SG informed our Prime Minister. The judges voted last week. I encourage you to directly ask them why it has taken so long to partially release the findings. I know of know general public release.

We have no idea why it takes nearly a week to release a simple verdict. I could speculate of course... but I leave it to your own conclusions.
