Join the new world

So it turns out that I have a lot of projects that I'm doing, so that eRepublik is no longer foremost in my mind. So for the sake of people who would otherwise be expecting reports from me here, I am announcing my official statement of turning, for the moment, into a 2 click a day player. I will still be here, still read newspapers, that sort of thing. But i'm not going to be as active as I once was.

But before I go out completely from the public eye, let me do one last thing: as many of you know, I promised in my Congress platform that regardless of whether or not I won, I would seek to increase the voice of the people. Now we have some newspapers, but the whole country is not involved. So I am announcing the formation of the Alter Prize for Excellence in Writing: Open to people without a normal writing outlet on eRepublik, basically, I encourage people to go onto the eIsrael forums and write about anything. After a week, myself and possibly other judges will go over the articles, and pick the one that we think is best. The winner of the competition will be given enough gold to start a newspaper of their own. My own flame here may be dying out, but at least I'll use it to light some new ones. Happy writing!
