Tax reform eSouth Korea
tipec1995
Dear eSouth Koreans, I bring to you the plan for new taxes.
Raise VAT of Food, Moving Tickets and House from 4% to 5%.
Since we have to stabilise our country and constant money income is very important a slight raise of VAT woun't hit the producers that much but will bring necessary money.
Raise Import tax on Weapons from 2% to 5%.
Most of the sellers in the market are domestic producers but there are foreigners from who we must protect at least a bit. The current tax of 2% is to low and a raise woun't hurt anyone.
Reduce Import tax on Moving Tickets from 99% to 10%.
The tax of 99% is not realistic and we don't have that much domestic producers and we don't want a monopol. A reduce would get new sellers and would stabilise the Moving Tickets market.
Reduce Income tax on Stone from 25% to 5%.
This tax isn't very important right now but if we should think about expanding this would be a good preposition.
Reduce Income tax on Weapons from 8% to 5%.
We need support domestic production and sellers and it would be fair to match the tax for everything else for weapons which are an important part of any country.

@zagorec89
eSK je moja druga eDomovina!!!
That tax man must be and eromainian PTOer 🙂 nice to see ptoers still run the official puppet of Korean government
All of these changes are vital in maintaining the eSouth Korean economy....[/sarcasm](I tried to be funny).
Seriously, these taxes are so insignificant that piddling on them through such meager changes is such a waste of time. The only one that would have any actual remote benefit is the reduction in the import tax on the MT's.
@Key u right because SK market is very small compared with a 10k+ players country. But the incremental changes (a Kaizen approach ) are a good because they give important feedback without having dramatic changes on the economy.
"Reduce Income tax on Stone from 25% to 5%.

Well, atm you can not create/migrate into stone companies and almost all the remaining ones are not for sale. So, there is no possibility in expanding this field. Furthermore in the near future stone and houses will be taken out by almighty Plato in his prolific plan of economic development.
Also due to the new changes, especially manager production, i think best way to collect taxes is not through income tax, but through VAT.
@tudor
thats way we raise VAT and not income
by the way, SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!

How much of our money do you want!!!
Isn't stone worthless anyway? so why do you want people working in that field?
Zagorec hahhahahhahahaa
I want plp to work no matter in which field. And who said anything about taking money? It for the.country and country is nothing without its plp
good ideas!
Really, dont know what are you trying to do with all these changes.
1. if 4% isn't enough to bring the neccessary money, how do you know 5% is enough? there are nothing you present support it, much like a mindless fiddling.
2 is the same as 1, the amount of changes is insignificant to make any differences.
3. You got to thank congressman Grizzly for that bill he created, I think he also ran a ticket company too.
4. There are exactly 0 employees currently working in a stone industry in eSK, not really sure what this is going to achieve, besides the admin is going to remove house and MT from the game, and they are not allowing players to create new one or migrant companies to this industry. There are ways for people to get around it of course, but frankly no one has done it. Kinda pointless.
5. No, it won't be fair to just match the tax rate for every industries. What would be fair, is higher/more profitable earners pay at a higher rate, and low profit industry employees pay at a lesser rate, so there is an incentive for people to spread out into whichever fields they want to work.
good job!
@roland_up
1. good thinking, we'll see what we need and see if its really necessary
2.why not? i mean, i will give more money and if get a name as a fighting country weapon industry will raise and we need to protect pur selves
3. its necessary to do this
4.i see your point and probably wount be necessary
5. income tax hits employees salaries and noone collects money directly from the company anymore. if you want a lower salary, be my guest but i dont want it!
MirceaDrac@ thanks you!
but i think i want to this money http://economy.erepublik.com/en/land/overview/1370357
