Swiss IRC

As many of you know, eSwitzerland has an IRC channel of the same name, "#eSwitzerland" on the Rizon server. I am working on some html coding for a cool page describing the channel and current Swiss government and stuff. Just a fun side project. I would love your input on how to make it better. Here is what I have after about 10 minutes...

But it can be much cooler, clearly. This is a trial and error thing, so please give me something to work with. After what I have so far, I am going to describe the president, army and such, and maybe cabinet. This is just to keep me occupied, as I have nothing to do right now but click "Recover energy". So please, help out this poor troll, and give him a job.

So yeah, Oblige me.
