Sweden: Hypocrites of ATLANTIS

Rumours are flying around Sweden is preparing for a return to a state of war with Germany.
In a campaign speech by the winner of Sweden's Presidential election, Kalle Holm state
"I say we deny Germany membership [in Atlantis]. I say we show our dissatisfaction of their great betrayal on january 10th. I say that we shall once again raise our battle axe and let the germans taste the swedish wrath. I say we declare war."
German interim Minister of Foreign Affairs claims the devious Swedish plan (which has been verified by other countries) is to:
1. Get Germany voted out of ATLANTIS (either by pressuring others to vote against them, or by making false claims that make them look like a bad choice).
2. Make reasonably sure that ATLANTIS won't help Germany anyway.
3. Attack
For months prior to Germany's application to join ATLANTIS, Swedish propoganda spouted lies of Germany being a "puppet of PEACE", rumours which turned out ot be nothing more than scare-mongering.
Sweden must be stopped, and they must be stopped NOW. Germany poses no threat at all to any other nation, and an invasion of it, or any attempt not to prevent a Swedish invasion would be an atrocity.

Sweden and Germany are working on a compromise at this moment.
What have Germany got to compromise?

This is what I was saying to my friends in e-Germany, if sweden want anything from them they should deny them it. Germany should not feel in anyway inclined to compensate or appease Sweden. It is Sweden in the wrong here.
I personally feel that Sweden is only doing this to try and re-enter the limelight it had when it was a superpower.

Germany owns all regions + 1 Austrian region and Sweden has it's own regions, too. A compromise at this situation would mean that Germany has to give up regions again. But I thought we joined ATLANTIS as defence alliance to protect each others borders and regions.
Maybe I am wrong and Sweden can do what it wants to do. the big time of Sweden is over they should be happy to not border Hungary.
Goku Jones do you think it is a compromise if you are blackmailed and then have to give up something that you will not be conquered? And all this after we applied for ATLANTIS? I might be wrong but compromise doesn't fit in my view.
DKN, apologies but I cannot release any details at this time.
I can assure you that the UK is on the side of Germany in this matter. We will do our very best to see all regions of Germany and Austria in German hands, and see any invasion of Germany as an unacceptable action at this stage.
That being said we also wish to be close allies with Sweden, and urge both sides to accept the compromise that was proposed a few days ago.
I look forward to hearing details then, because I certainly cannot see what Germany has to give up, or what is it that Sweden "wants".
I'm quite suprised that the MoD are being little different from that of last term, maybe thats not a bad thing.
