Strange, Eh?

Dear eCitizens,
I was just roaming around in the IRC when someone messaged me and brought up an unknown issue to me...Something strange, very strange!
Last night, I interviewed the Serbian MOD, zlatanaleksic, who said he would Love to have Brazil back as an ally.
Okay well, thats well enough, I hope this comes true.Everyone does actually, as of my personal opinion, Brazil isnt really in the best of allies, but thats just me.
Anyways,

Notice the avatars, the words and sentences, I couldnt understand what they mean, but the same designs, Same words, only difference is flag and color.
The brotherhood remains intact?Have they kept their roots strong?
I dont know, but lets see next, the avatars introduced by ONE look kind of familiar aswell, no idea why...
