hello good people of eNewZealand,
I will be your new minister of immigration for this month.
We need some changes around here, so I've decided to make a little project to stop the illegal immigration and most importantly to prevent the bad guys from getting our citizenship.
From now on congressmen won't be just handing out citizenships the way they like. If you want to give citizenship to someone you should write a post on the forum in this topic and state who would you like to give CS and why.
Then I will post back to you if he is worthy to be kiwi or not.
There I will also write who needs to get a CS.
Do NOT give out citizenships without me knowing, even if that guy is your friend .Rules are rules.
Congressmen that won't obey this will get on the black list. That means you won't be able to become a congressman next time.
Like I said we will be able to keep better track on the new kiwis and also to prevent the bad guys from getting our citizenship. Another good thing about this is that congressmen will be forced to be more active on our forum.

who are the bad guys? how they are defined? and by what mechanism and criteria you are going to judge them?
based on what legal support you based this decree, may i remind you that this is not a one-party dictatorship!
Who is here illegally? The congress has a right to use their citizenship passes, and it is hard to prevent them from using citizenship passes.

Going through the routine of such pointless paperwork, on threat of blacklisting, is not going to convince anyone to do what Jockaye tells them to do.
He's not even trying to convince anyone to do what he wants.
This is a good idea.
Having this sort of mechanism in place is good and lets us spot anyone trying to do an Ajay ahead of time

There is no way to implement these rules and regulations. Do not spend your energy on useless laws. Stabilize the Army and invade Australia and Chile! That will bring us together as a nation!
