Steady Eddie Ready Oil - Employees spoiled and so very productive

Steady Eddie Ready Oil is the name of my first company here. Its a grand affair, a level Q2 Oil company with 10 employees. The employess are paid top dollar for their skill and given frequent increases without having to even ask. High energy meals and gifts are provided to low salary low skilled employees to help them build up and be productive. So far it seems to be even more profitable for having treated the employees so well. Tehrfore I suggest y'all adopt a regiminen of spoiling your employees with meals and gifts. It seems to boost the productivity of the employees, and from the notes I get it sure helps them enjoy the game more at first if they work for me.

I wish there was a description area of the job listings so employers could post things liken this. It would certainly drive employers to be better and would help boost production all around. Employee perks would certainly be a factor for me in deciding who to work for and stay with.

As soon as I get money for it I will open a second business, soon, you are welcome to look for it and apply. It will be named Steady Eddie something or other no matter what industry it is. It might be in Florida, farming and growing oranges I think.
