Μετά απο σειρά εσωτερικών διεργασιών και ευρείες διαδικασίες συνδιαμόρφωσης κατατέθηκε προς ψήφιση και εγκρίθηκε με μεγάλη πλειοψηφία το Καταστατικό της Libertad.

ΟΣΟΙ ΕΠΙΘΥΜΟΥΝ ΑΠΟ ΔΩ ΚΑΙ ΣΤΟ ΕΞΗΣ ΤΗΝ ΕΝΤΑΞΗ ΤΟΥΣ ΣΤΟ UNIT ΘΑ ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΑΠΟΔΕΧΟΝΤΑΙ ΤΙΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΤΙΚΕΣ ΑΡΧΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΙΣΤΗΚΑΝ ΑΠΟ ΤΑ ΜΕΛΗ ΤΗΣ LIBERTAD.


Καταστατικό LIBERTAD UNIT:

Α) ΒΑΣΙΚΕΣ ΑΡΧΕΣ
α) Η Libertad είναι μια πολιτική-στρατιωτική μονάδα που, με βάση τους νέους κανονισμούς περί Military Units ιδρύθηκε στην eGreece, όπου και έχει την έδρα της. Πέρα απ' αυτό όμως, η Libertad είναι μια Διεθνής Ταξιαρχία Μαχητών της Ελευθερίας και είναι ανοιχτή σε οποιονδήποτε ασπάζεται τους σκοπούς της και σέβεται τις διαδικασίες της, ανεξαρτήτως RL εθνικότητας και eRep υπηκοότητας. Με βάση αυτή την αρχή, η Libertad φροντίζει να εκδίδει όλα τα κείμενά της τόσο στην ελληνική, όσο και στην αγγλική γλώσσα.

β) Βασικός λόγος ύπαρξης της Libertad είναι η συμμετοχή της σε αμυντικούς ή/και απελευθερωτικούς πολέμους, ενισχύοντας eχώρες που αγωνίζονται για τη διατήρηση ή την ανάκτηση της ανεξαρτησίας τους, μέσα σε όρια που καθιστούν εφικτή την επιβίωσή της. Τα όρια αυτά δεν ταυτίζονται κατ' ανάγκην με τα λεγόμενα original regions. Η Libertad δύναται να συμμετάσχει σε αμυντικούς ή/και απελευθερωτικούς πολέμους εφόσον προσκληθεί από Κυβέρνησεις, Κόμματα ή Military Units eχωρών που διεξάγουν έναν τέτοιο πόλεμο.

γ) Η Libertad οργανώνει τα μέλη της σε ένα οικονομικό δίκτυο, με σκοπό την υλικοτεχνική της αυτοτέλεια και την ενίσχυση όλων των μελών της, με βάση τις αρχές της δίκαιης κατανομής και της αλληλεγγύης. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στην ενίσχυση των νέων. Οι λεπτομέρειες της οικονομικής οργάνωσης θα καταγραφούν σε ιδιαίτερο έγγραφο, το οποίο θα έχει θέση παραρτήματος του παρόντος Καταστατικού.

Β) ΟΡΓΑΝΩΣΗ-ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΗ
α) Ως προς το πολιτικό σκέλος η Libertad διοικείται από 5μελές όργανο, το οποίο εκλέγεται από την Ολομέλεια της Μονάδας. Οι αποφάσεις του οργάνου γίνεται προσπάθεια να λαμβάνονται με ομοφωνία, σε περίπτωση όμως αδυναμίας λαμβάνονται με πλειοψηφία. Αν δύο (2) μέλη του οργάνου διαφωνούν με την απόφαση, το θέμα παραπέμπεται στην Ολομέλεια, όπου η απόφαση λαμβάνεται με απλή πλειοψηφία των ψηφισάντων (50%+1)

β) Ως προς το "τεχνικό" σκέλος (έκδοση B.O., συντονισμός στις μάχες, διανομή εφοδίων, οικονομική διαχείριση κλπ) υπεύθυνο είναι ένα 3μελές όργανο, που εκλέγεται από την Ολομέλεια με κριτήρια "τεχνικής επάρκειας". Ο ιδρυτής της Μονάδας συμμετέχει αυτοδικαίως στο 3μελές "τεχνικό" όργανο.

γ) Όλα τα όργανα εκλέγονται για δίμηνη θητεία. Καταβάλλεται προσπάθεια για εναλλαγή σε όλες τις θέσεις ευθύνης, ώστε κατά το δυνατόν όλοι να αποκτήσουν πολιτική, στρατιωτική και οικονομική εμπειρία. Προβλέπεται ότι κανένας δε θα μπορεί να εκλέγεται στο ίδιο όργανο για περισσότερες από δύο (2) συνεχόμενες θητείες. Όλα τα όργανα στο σύνολό τους, αλλά και κάθε μέλος τους χωριστά, είναι άμεσα ανακλητά από την Ολομέλεια. Για ανάκληση μέλους αρκεί η απλή πλειοψηφία των ψηφισάντων (50%+1)

ε) Οι αποφάσεις όλων των οργάνων είναι δεσμευτικές για τα μέλη. Μπορούν ανά πάσα στιγμή να ανατραπούν από την Ολομέλεια, αλλά για όσο ισχύουν, είναι δεσμευτικές και άμεσα εφαρμοστέες.

Γ) ΜΕΛΗ ΤΗΣ LIBERTAD
α) Σύμφωνα με τα game mechanics, η εισδοχή νέου μέλους είναι αποκλειστικό "προνόμιο" του ιδρυτή της Μονάδας. Το παρόν Καταστατικό ορίζει ότι ο ιδρυτής της Libertad, προτού εγκρίνει την εισδοχή νέου μέλους, οφείλει να έχει τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του 5μελούς πολιτικού οργάνου.

β) Τα μέλη έχουν τα δικαιώματα και τις υποχρεώσεις που περιγράφονται στο παρόν Καταστατικό. Σε περιόδους εμπλοκής της Libertad σε πολεμικές επιχειρήσεις, τα μέλη φορούν το άβαταρ της και χτυπούν με βάση τα B.O. και το γενικότερο συντονισμό της Libertad. Σε περιόδους μη εμπλοκής, τα μέλη δύνανται να μη φορούν το άβαταρ και να πολεμούν με βάση την υγιή τους κρίση.

Δ) TΕΛΙΚΕΣ ΔΙΑΤΑΞΕΙΣ
(α) Για αλλαγή του Καταστατικού απαιτείται πλειοψηφία 2/3 επί των ψηφισάντων.
(β) Η τήρηση και η ορθή ερμηνεία του Καταστατικού εναπόκειται στην ωριμότητα των μελών.

Statute of LIBERTAD UNIT:

A Basic Principles
a) Libertad is a political-military unit, which according to the new regulations concerning Military Units was established in eGreece. Apart from this fact, Libertad is an International Brigade of Freedom Fighters and so it is open to anyone who agrees to the unit's purpose and respects the procedures, regardless the player's RL nationality and eRep citizenship. In accordance with this principle, Libertad publishes all its texts both in Greek and English.

b) The basis for the existence of Libertad is its participation in defensive and/or liberation wars, reinforcing ecountries that struggle for the continuation or recovery of their independence, within limits that make their survival plausible. These limits don't necessary match with the so-called original regions. Libertad is able to participate in defensive or liberation wars if it is invited by goverments, parties or militaty units from ecountries that are part of such wars.

c) Libertad organizes it's members in an economical network, aiming to its logistical independence and aiding its members, in accordance to the principles of fair sharing and solidarity. Special emphasis is given in aiding younger players. The details of the economical organizing will be recorded in a special text, which will have the position of an Annex of this Statute.

Β Organization-Administration
a) For the matters that concern the political part Libertad is administered by a committee of 5 people, which will be elected by the plenary (meaning the entire unit). There will be an attempt to reach to every decision of this committee by unanimity, in case though this can not be achieved the decision will be taken by majority. If two (2) members of the committee disagree with the decision, the matter will go to the plenary, where the decision will be taken with simple majority voting (50%+1).

b) Concerning the “technical” part (issuing B.O., coordination of battles, handing supplies, economical administration etc), the responsibility will be handed by a three people committee, which will be elected be the plenary with criteria of “technical competence”. The founder of the Unit is a part of the “technical” three people committee ex officio.

c) Every committee is elected for a two month term. There will be an attempt to be a rotation in all positions of responsibility, so it is possible for everyone to acquire political, military and economical experience. No one can be elected in the same committee for more than two (2) continuous terms. Every committee wholly, and each of their member separately, are directly revocable. To revoke a member a simple majority voting is needed (50%+1)
d) The decision of all the committees are binding for the members. These decision can be overruled by the plenary at any time, but for the time they are active, they are binding and directly applicable.



C MEMBERS OF LIBERTAD
a) According to the game mechanics, the acceptance of a new member is a sole “privilege” of the unit’s founder. This statute rules that the founder of Libertad, before the acceptance of a new member, must have the unanimous agreement of the political committee.
b) The members have the rights and obligations that are described in this statute. In times that Libertad takes part in military actions, the member wear the unit's avatar and fight in accordance with the Β.Ο. and the general coordination f Libertad. In times that the unit is not involved in military actions, the members can wear an avatar of their choice and fight by their healthy judgment.

D FINAL DESIGNATIONS
(a) For a chance of the Statute a majority of the 2/3 of the voting body is required.
(b) The compliance and the proper interpretation of the Statute is left to the maturity of the members.

Estatuto de la UNIDAD DE LIBERTA😨

Después de una serie de procesos internos y los procesos de conformación amplia presentadas para su votación y aprobado por una amplia mayoría de la unidad Estatuto libertad unit

Las personas que deseen a partir de ahora TRAS LA INCLUSIÓN EN LA UNIDAD Y SE ACUERDA QUE RESPALDAN EL ESTATUTO decidió PRINCIPIOS DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LA LIBERTAD

A Principios básicos
a) Libertad es una unidad político-militar, que según la nueva normativa relativa a las unidades militares se estableció en eGreece. Aparte de este hecho, La Libertad es una Brigada Internacional de Combatientes por la Libertad y por lo tanto está abierta a cualquier persona que esté de acuerdo al propósito de la unidad y respeta los procedimientos, sin importar la nacionalidad del jugador RL y la ciudadanía eRep. De acuerdo con este principio, Libertad publica todos sus textos tanto en griego y en Inglés.

b) La base de la existencia de Libertad es su participación en guerras defensivas y / o liberación, reforzando ecountries que luchan por el mantenimiento o la recuperación de su independencia, dentro de los límites que hacen que su supervivencia plausible. Estos límites no coinciden con las regiones necesarias original llamada. Libertad es poder participar en guerras defensivas o de liberación si es invitado por GOBIERNOS, partes o unidades de militaty ecountries que forman parte de esas guerras.

c) Libertad organiza sus miembros en una red económica, con miras a su independencia logístico y ayuda a sus miembros, de conformidad con los principios de distribución justa y solidaria. Se hace especial hincapié en ayudar a los jugadores más jóvenes. Los detalles de la organización económica se registrará en un texto especial, que tendrá la posición de un anexo del presente Estatuto.


Β) Organización-Administración
a) Para los asuntos que conciernen a la política parte Libertad es administrado por un comité de cinco personas, que serán elegidos por el pleno (es decir, toda la unidad). Habrá un intento de llegar a todas las decisiones de esta comisión por unanimidad, en el caso, sin embargo esto no se puede lograr la decisión se tomará por mayoría. Si dos (2) miembros de la comisión no está de acuerdo con la decisión, el asunto pasará al plenario, donde será la decisión adoptada con el voto por mayoría simple (50% +1).

b) En cuanto a la "técnica" parte (emisión de BO, la coordinación de las batallas, entregando suministros, administración económica, etc), la responsabilidad será entregado por un comité de tres personas, que se elegirá el Pleno con los criterios de "competencia técnica". El fundador de la Unidad es una parte de la "técnica" comité de tres personas de oficio.

c) Cada comité es elegido por un plazo de dos meses. Habrá un intento de ser una rotación en todos los puestos de responsabilidad, por lo que es posible para todo el mundo para adquirir experiencia política, militar y económico. Nadie puede ser elegido en la misma comisión por más de dos (2) términos continua. Cada comité en su totalidad, y cada uno de sus miembros por separado, están directamente revocable.
Para revocar a un miembro que se necesita una mayoría simple (50% +1)

d) La decisión de todas las comisiones son vinculantes para los miembros. Estas decisiones pueden ser anuladas por el pleno en cualquier momento, pero por el momento están activos, que son vinculantes y aplicables directamente.


C) MIEMBROS DE LIBERTAD
a) Por la mecánica del juego, la aceptación de un nuevo miembro es un único "privilegio" del fundador de la unidad. Este estatuto de normas que el fundador de la Libertad, antes de la aceptación de un nuevo miembro, debe contar con el acuerdo de las 5 personas comité político.
b) Los miembros tienen los derechos y obligaciones que se describen en este estatuto. En los tiempos que Libertad participa en acciones militares, el miembro del desgaste avatar de la unidad y lucha de acuerdo con el Β.Ο. y la coordinación general f Libertad. En los tiempos que la unidad no está involucrada en acciones militares, los miembros pueden usar un avatar de su elección y la lucha por su sano juicio.

D Designaciones finales
(a) Para tener la oportunidad del Estatuto de la mayoría de los 2 / 3 del cuerpo de voto es obligatorio.
(b) El cumplimiento y la correcta interpretación de los Estatutos se deja a la madurez de los miembros.
