Welcome the the game, newbs!

Massively Multiplayer Online Strategic Game? The New World? This is an online game alright, but where's the mass and what's so new about this world? Is this based on some conspiracy theory?

Well, simply put, this game provides a virtual replica of physical divisions and mechanics of the real world - countries, nationalities, politics, borders, wars, allies, enemies, economy, companies, media, friends, community and finally, you - a citizen of this New World. It gives you the addictive power to spin this world (or at least a part of it) as you like.

So, there are a lot of citizens like you in eRepublik but sadly, eIndia is not so blessed in terms of population and resources. We are at the lower half of the table in terms of military power due to which many countries across the globe have tried to oppress us. As you will see on the map on your home page, eIndia is already conquered and divided among many foreign countries.

But a clever new player would see this dismal position of eIndia as an opportunity - both for his country and himself/herself. Apart from all the bells and whistles of this game, you are getting the chance to build a virtual country from scratch!

It surely isn't that straightforward is it? No, in no world it ever is! You will face and will have to overcome so many challenges but your country your due contribution - a sharp, young and motivated patriot, if it ever hopes to achieve the glory it deserves.

But I am a new player with such small strength and no knowledge of this place, what do I do?

Well, in your infancy days, follow these guidelines:

1. Work daily (Note that this game does not follow the Indian Standard Time and a new day in eRepublik starts at 12:30 p.m. IST.)

2. Train daily.

3. Fight Daily according to Daily Orders of Indian Armed Forces but DO NOT use up Energy Bars for fighting. Find more details here.

4. Do not spend Gold on buying Energy Bars.

5. Introduce yourself and chat with your fellow countrymen on the Military Unit Chatroom (at the bottom right of your screen) and by writing an article in your newspaper. Social interaction and community are a major reason why many of us play this game.

6. Send out friend requests to other players and send them a message if you need help - financial or informational. We are a small, well-knit community and always happy to help 🙂

7. Read news and Wiki.

Message me if you need ANY help.

Hope to see you around! Jai Hind o7
