The reason for this article is the fact that, for the first time in my eLife, I’m running for Congress.
I didn’t want to candidate until now. But why now? you might ask. I will not lie, I want to know what is like, but I want also to know if there are enough people who think I’m worthy for the position. In the end, is an honor and a kind of recognition. It's a test. Are you a good person, a reliable person, do you deserve to represent the people you wish to elect you?
That medal, is not just another medal, I refuse to get a medal if I didn’t earn it.
