This week has been extremely eventful and keeping in mind that some of you suffer from a short-attention span*looks at Muz1 and Uzair J*, I’ll keep it short and illustrated!

A quick highlight of what is to follow:

EPIC Challenge

Pakistan did FANTASTIC! I’m proud of our countrymen who rose so amazingly to the challenge…no matter how small the contribution.

Party President Elections and the Drama

Congratulations to all the newly elected PPs and all competitors!


Because apparently my last thumbs-up was sexist 😛

As for the drama, we all made mistakes, each side handled the situation with more aggression than required.

There were misunderstandings, misrepresentations and misguidance. However, for the sake of our country and our new citizens, I urge both sides to put it aside.

I suggest the following:

DOs
~ Writing Articles to show involvement in our community
~ Activity on IRC
~ Express concerns via articles or in-game messages
~ Keep in contact with your party through in=game threads or party news feeds

DON'Ts
~ Abusive language towards individuals &/or their families
~ Only writing negative articles (give appreciation where it's due guys!)

SAY…

Government Work and How You Can Help!

This portion is from my position as MoFA of our beloved country…

The EPIC challenge was effective in decreasing international political activity as more focus was given to creating EPIC mini battles than others, as individuals and countries.

However, now we’re back on track and Pakistan continues to be an active and helpful member of our alliance, WOLF. We’ll be seeing some updates from that side pretty soon!

The CP and MoF are working on several financial strategies which they will be sharing with you in a few days or so!

I, myself, am working on a suggestion put forth by Taha (aka Heart Stealer) to contrast Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Congress members, which will be very important for our coming congress of 40 seats!

I urge all congressmen and women to be in direct contact with your Party Presidents (PPs) and Head of Congress (HoC) for complete co-ordination in respect of laws to be passed or not.

But more will be posted on this topic in my coming article.
