Join the new world

So we are letting Ireland, Sweden, and Poland into our regions. Cool, I'm all for it. I am for renting out almost ALL of our double regions, in addition this would be a perfect time to use a middle man and swap into a Canadian High Titanium region (just saying). One thing we do NOT want to do, and I imagine this has been accounted for, is leave each nation with just ONE region. It would really suck to get Poland all the way into somewhere like Tennessee and have them RW'd out of it. I assume our government is also including at least one region bordering the high resource region, maybe even more. As you can see, this is the exact position Hungary is in, meaning one successful RW in Rhone Alps means they are SOL. Basically we want to set up a situation like Sindh was for Serbia (opening-old-diplomatic-woundsmaxxx).
