So You're New Eh?!? Part 4 (Military Units)

Day 1,989, 17:48 Published in Canada Canada by Lordjas

Hey Everyone! Welcome to another edition of So You’re New Eh?!? I hope these are helping to understand some of the mechanics of this game.
Part 1 How to Get Gold
Part 2 Raw/Company Upgrades
Part 3 Accelerating Training

If you have any questions about this topic or past topics please PM(personal message) me anytime. No need to be shy, grammar is not important.(As shown by the lack of it, in my articles 😃 )

Todays topic is discussing Military Units or as refereed to as MUs. These units are made in the purpose of a common party or to help new players.
Each has their own roles and requirements to join.

Commonly, there are many benefits of joining an MU and I highly recommend joining any of them. They offer a place to ask questions and most importantly get supplies to fight!

If you are new and need to get on your feet, I recommend joining Boomers Academy. This MU is great for starting out since they assign you a Mentor(could be me if your lucky 😉 ) which helps go over the basics and the advanced parts of the game at the new players pace! They also of course give supplies such as food and weapons to get through the early missions and start gaining experience fast! Boomers Academy

Once you are on your feet, and understand the game there are many different MUs offering many different supply types. Some offer only weapons, some offer food and weapon mix. It is all dependent on what you would like as a supply.

There is also normally a requirement to work in a commune(slave pit) at a low wage(mine right now is at 1$). This is not a big deal since you don’t really need money, and still can sell what you produce by yourself. Everyone is a little different so I will be going over the top 8 MUs and how supply works for each.

Nights Watch
is a MU lead by Foxfire, that does not have communes/slave pits. This means you can work for a wage, and still get supply. Currently you would get for each day complete😛
25+ fights = 10 Q5-Q6 tanks
10-24 fights = 5 Q5-Q6 tanks
0-9 fights = 10 Q4 tanks.

Liberty CA
Lead by Sm1tty, is an MU that has a commune system. This means you get a low wage, but get more supply. Currently their supply structure works like this:

If you work you get 5 Q6 tanks and 240 energy per day
if you work and complete the DO(Daily Order) you get 10Q6 tanks and 480 energy per day
if you only complete the DO you get 5 Q6 tanks and 240 energy per day

Cordis Die
Lead by Flashgun, this is an Elite MU, need around 10k strength and are able to do heavy damage(2 million). This is in the future I can’t even join this MU, but they supply well with around 70 Q7 weapons a week. (This increases with amount of regions)

Captains of Industry
Lead by Goran Thrax (Plugson, filling in temporarily), is one of the top 3 MU in Canadian rankings, usually first! This MU runs a commune system. Supply works out to be:
650 Energy and 10 Q6 tanks for every day you work.
You can also earn 3 Q6 tanks per day if you get 25+ kills. They also have fight nights and more info can be found Here!(thanks Plugson)

HOPE
Lead by Blue Bird, this is a GREAT beginner MU. They have much more structured supply rules since supplies are essentially free, like boomer academy.
1.Fight and be supplied.
________________________________________
2.Members of level 1-20 get 500 energy points supply in equivalent food but no tanks.

3.Every member from level 21 that has registere😛
---from 15 kills to 24 kills for past day gets 4 Q6 tanks
---from 25 kills to 49 kills for past day gets 6 Q6 tanks
---above 50 kills for past day gets 8 Q6 tanks

4.Each member upon joining MU has to have some/any avatar set or they won't be supplied after level 20.

5.Members that haven't fought for last 7 days get removed from MU.

6.Manage your storage capacity.

These rules help to make sure people are not taking advantage of the generosity that this MU provides.

Crimson Canucks
Lead by J. Robert Calder, This MU again is normally in the top 3 in Canada and has shown globally they can match up with some of the best. This MU runs a commune system. Supplies are about 60 Q7 or so a week automatic supply and there’s a request link on their website as well as IRC supply and saying you need tanks in the MU feed. This is a very active MU, they have their own forums and contests also.

The Canadian Armed Forces
Lead by TheSmoke. This MU is normally also top 3 with Crimson Canucks and Captains of Industry. This MU is also very active! You make weapons in one of their companies, either Q6 or Q7. A few of those are in Serbia with the full bonuses for 20 weapons, a few in the US with 3 bonuses for 16 weapons, and a few still here in Canada with no bonuses for just 10 weapons. You pay for the WRM(weapons raw material) for all the weapons you make. On top of that you're supposed to pay for your part of the gold cost of the company. That requirement is currently being waved because of our goal of switching to a free, slave pit model. Although on top of that, paying your share of the gold would, eventually once we get 100% settled, see a short term reward of extra weapons and a long term reward of a larger share of the 20 weapons made by each soldier.
They have great plans for the future! One of the top 3 in Canada every week!

Independent Legion
Lead by NoobPower, this MU operates on a Commune system and DO completion, with supply being 70 Q7 weapons a week if both are done.

It all depends on how active you want to be and how new you are. I highly recommend finding a MU that suits you, I am currently in Indepenent Legion because I produce enough food to fund myself and only need high end weapons.
If you are new maybe a system with food and weapons might be better.

These supplies are also not fixed in stone and in every MU if you need help or need food, I am confident any one you join will be willing to help!!!!!!! If not pick any of the above mentioned! Most MUs also run contests for highest damage, or most kills. Any MU is great, if you are starting off I would recommend HOPE or Boomers Academy.

And of course, for your viewing pleasure!!
