I have to say I like beta's interface a lot more.
The new interface is somewhat less attractive than the old one. The old one was very easy to navigate, the new one isn't.
They pretty much got rid of states. Which sucks.
And is it just me or was everyone fired from their jobs?

I didn't get fired. Go to "Profile" under the "My Places" Tab. You'll see the company you work for under there.
Yeah all of my employees from my company got erased though.
I don't know maybe it was just a bug.
This game is has got more bugs than a Motel 6.
Give them time - beta took time to work out bugs also.
