Skill Versus Wellness
Moishe
We at the American Free Press understand the Presidential elections are rapidly approaching and that the majority of articles are oriented toward that end. But there are actually more important issues at hand.
Which is more important in job placement? Skill level or wellness?
It is true that Skill is important as far as the Quality of company for which you work is concerned. But when it comes to your pay - well - let's look at some figures.
A Skill level 4 employee working for a Q2 food company.
Using these parameters:
Skill Level: 4.00
Wellness: 50
RM sell for .50 USD
Q2 food sells for 3.00 USD
What is he worth? 6.12 USD
What if his wellness is 100? 9.18 USD
Now what if his skill level is 3.2 and his wellness is 50? 4.90 USD
And if his wellness is 100? 7.34 USD!
So, an employee with a skill level of 3.20 and a high wellness is worth more than a skill level 4.00 employee with a low wellness.
What is my point?
Wellness! I've been preaching it for days now and I will probably preach it for a few more.
I LOVE paying my employees lots of money! But I like making a profit also. My reasons are not totally altruistic.
And that brings me to another point. If your skill level is in the high 3's or 4's go to work for a higher Q company. They can afford to pay you more. Do not expect a Q2 food company to pay you 20 USD! They just cannot afford it.
Concerning wellness: a lot of people do not understand that the Q level of their company determines how much wellness they lose each day. If you work for a Q1 company then you lose 1 wellness each time you work. But if you work for a Q3 company you lose 3 wellness each time you work.
War is truly the best way to improve wellness if you can fight from a region with a Q5 hospital. Fight down to 40 - 50 wellness then go to the hospital. Your wellness will be improved by 50 points! Also remember you can only go to the hospital once per day.
If we are not at war then if you work for a Q3 company and you train each day you need to replace 4 wellness to maintain your level. You can:
Buy Q1 food and get 4 Q1 gifts: total cost per day = 1.00 USD + 3 x 3.30 USD = 10.90 USD or
Buy Q2 food and get a Q2 gift: total = 3.00 USD + 6.18 USD = 9.18 USD or
Buy Q4 food = 9.90 USD or
There are many combinations. The point is you MUST replace that 4 wellness points if you work for a Q3 company. (Different point values for different company levels.)
Think about it.
Keep your wellness UP!
Make me money so I can give you money so we can give the eUSA government money!
Win-Win-Win!!

Good stuff as always.
With RW's we will be having everyone should obtain high wellness.
Fight Smart. Get well.
voted Moishe.
so business should offer benefits that keep their employees wellness's high
@Ryan: we do - it is called a high paycheck. One problem I see is that some employees (like in RL) would rather piss their paycheck away on a Lottery than become a gifting partner with someone. So what happens? They do not win the lottery and they become inactive.
Voted Moshie! 😃

It a good chart on how your wellness works. Remember your best assest for your wellness is your home. It last forever and maintains it value gift and food dissapear. So your best investment is in a good level house. This is why I dont like gifting programs as it slow peoples progression to getting better houses. If you can maintain your wellness I would only use the gifting programs to reah your desired wellness level then maintain it by yourself. Those few dollar saved can add up, and if we keeping waring like we are there really isnt reason people should have low wellness since that provides an immdiate boost of 40 wellness assuming you live in Flordia.
Voted and subscribed, excellent article.
I'm 1st SGT in my NG Platoon, and I've communicated many of the same points to soldiers who are struggling.
If I could add another point or two:
I keep my wellness high, mostly by fighting and using FL's hospital.
I've gotten exactly one raise for doing this.
I've left _3_ companies because I hit the "work" button, and was told I couldn't work because the company didn't have enough money to pay my salary. If you get a good, stable employer, stay.
Before you buy your first house, check out the flea market section in forums. You can even buy a house from a foreign seller! New housing in the US is some of the most expensive in the world.
I saved over 100 USD doing this. The only danger is that in a private party transaction, if you pay and don't receive the goods, you have to get the admins involved, so be careful that the person's profile looks legit, or even better, that it's someone you know.
@Jon: Thanks for the comments. And thanks for your service to the eUSA.
Oooh-rah!
I figured this out already, but still voted because new people need to understand this. Thanks Moishe. While some might take it for granted, articles like this are necessary with a growing ePopulation.
True stuff..
All of the employees should hear about this, specially about the "How to increase your wellness", because i get that question alot.
