SECRETS OF BAZOOKA UNVEILED!

Day 1,376, 12:43 Published in Croatia Croatia by Dagislav

Many of us have found - usually the hard way - that the distribution of parts for coveted Bazooka is not even, to put it mildly. Most of the citizens ended up with a large stock of trigger kits, stocks and barrels, but having only a couple of scopes, or - even fewer! - M6A3 rockets.

WHY?!

Many a citizen just ranted, accusing the game mechanisms of uneven distribution of parts, or even suggesting the exchange of the Bazooka parts through free market (which in itself is not a bad idea). However, we exclusively unveil the secret of the Bazooka!

The Bazooka is made of leftovers from the eRepublik Rising, better (and more derisively) known simply as eRep V2. The huge stockpile of materiel had been left over, and has been found by "someone" and just liberally spread all over the place...

You don't belive, don't you?! Now, let's see the hard evidence! In V2, each weapon system was composed of four parts. In case of rifles, there were: frame, butt, barrel and ammo. Now compare the following images to your unfinished Bazookas on stock!

Rifle Frame (V2) / Trigger Kit (Bazooka)
Definitely the crown evidence!

Rifle Butt (V2) / Stock (Bazooka)
Okay, slightly redesigned.

Rifle Barrel - Tank Barrel - Gun Barrel - Helicopter Missile (V2) / Barrel (Bazooka)
Oh well, again slightly redesigned.

Now, where's the catch?!

There were no optical scopes, and there were no M6A3 rockets in V2! Sure, there were sniper sights, and even rocket launchers (which lingered into V3), but it's just not the same.

Yes, you could use the optics in the V2...

These were boosters, you see... And the supply of sniper sights quickly got exhausted, and the rocket launcher used to cost 1.49 Gold. And the rockets in the V3 used to cost 1 Gold per hit, so the supply also exhausted quickly! Therefore, the production line for the Bazooka's scopes and rockets had to be initiated from scratch!

The answer to the question of uneven spread of the Bazooka's parts is simple: let the leftovers be spread around, and the goodies that need new production lines be somewhat rarer.
