Second Presidential Term

First of all I would like to thank to all who have voted for me on this election. For me it is a great honor to be chosen with such a landsliding victory. This shows to me and the team working for eBulgaria, that our actions have been assessed by all eBulgarians.

Secondly I would like to announce that there will be no structural changes in the administrations, except for the appointment of Division Commanders. But this is about to be announced with the completion of the Bulgarian Army's organization.

Looking back at what we have achieved in August, the list seems pretty long.

-Brought all VAT taxes to equal level-10%.
-Lowered the Income taxes to 1%.
-Changed the trade balanse of the country. From a country being among the biggest importers and lowest exporters, we have managed to become a serious exporter, which has helped us bring more Gold into the country.

-Created National Health System
-Created Bulgarian National Bank
-Created Bulgarian war-time storage place for weapons : Bulgarian Armory.
-Created Bulgarian war-time storage place for gifts.
-Bought 2 3Q hospitals in Sofia and Plovdiv.

-Became part ot PEACE GC
-Signed MPPs with :Brazil, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Venezuela, Austria, Turkey, Japan, Portugal, Pakistan
-Cancelled MPP with Hungary and prevented eventual war against Bulgaria/Hungary, without the MPPs of one of the two countries.

-Started the creationg and re-ogranizaton of the Bulgarian Army. So far three divisions have been completed, part of First Buglarian Army, The National Reserve, and the Volunteers Army.
-Created "The Balkan Platoon".
-"The Balkan Platoon" participated actively in the fought for Campeche (Mexico), under Italian command.
-"The Balkan Platoon" is participating successfully in the defense of Hungary, again under Italian command and operating from Italy and Portugal.
-Started our "Rambo programme", which is already giving results.

-Created an official eBulgarian forum.
-Created a chat-channel.

Of course we did not manage to do everything that we have promised, that is why in September we will do our best to finish the things we had promised in the end of July, plus we will update policy, considering the current intenational situation. During September we will try to:

- Create a Bulgarian Constitution.

-Prepare for a defensive war in case that we are attacked in the near future.
-Create war-time resource reserves.
-Finish the re-organization of the Bulgarian Army.
-Improve the internal army communication.
-Create a programme for professional soldiers, sponsored by the state.

-Lower the weapons VAT, temporarily, in the light of the huge demands for weapons on the market.
-Create a system in which the professional Bulgarian soldiers will exclusively be given the opportunity to buy weapons, even in a time of great demands for weapoins.

-Sign MPP with Iran (as part of PEACE GC).


As you can see these issues are mostly concerning our military, defense and international policy. The current situation implies that we stay highly alert for possible invasion and prepare for a day when we have to fight for eBulgaria.
