I am now pleased to announce the new Top Five SCOTIA Priorities:

Priority 1. Q3-Q5 Defense System in the Northwest Territories, which will
- Protect eCanada's oldest hospital, the Q3 Hospital still active in that territory.
- Protect eCanada's most vulnerable High Diamond region.
- Protect Alberta's Q5 Hospital until the government can place its own Q5 DS there.
- Protect the High Wood and High Grain resources of Alberta and Saskatchewan
- Help protect against the Alaskan Invasion scenario.

Priority 2. Q5 Defense System Upgrade in Newfoundland, which will
- Protect eCanada's only High Oil resource base.
- Protect the High Diamond resources of Nunavut from Eastern Invasion
- Suppliment the Eastern Defense Core
- Encourage population growth similar to Nova Scotia.
- Provide protection for a future Q4-Q5 Hospital Placement.

Priority 3. Q5 Defense System for Saskatchewan, which will
- Protect the High Grain Resources of Saskatchewan and Manitoba,
- Protect the High Diamond resources of Nunavut from Western Invasion
- Provide protection for a future Q4-5 Hospital in Saskatchewan
- Protect the Q4 Hospitals located in Nunavut and Manitoba
- Suppliment the Western Defense Core.

Priority 4. Q4-Q5 Hospital in Saskatchewan
- Provide the 104 residents of Saskatchewan with 40-50 Wellness per day
- Grant Saskachewan residents the capability to fight 3-4 times per day and remain at 100% wellness without leaving the province.
- Ensure that over 4850 eCanadians have access to a Q3+ Hospital.

Priority 5. Q4-Q5 Hospital in Newfoundland, which will
- Encourage population growth in the province,
- Provide 76 Newfoundlanders with 40-50 Wellness per day
- Grant Newfoundlanders the capability to fight 3-4 times per day and remain at 100% wellness without leaving the province.
- Ensure that over 4900 eCanadians have access to a Q3+ Hospital.

Please donate to SCOTIA so we can continue to provide the Defense Systems and Hospitals our nation needs, to the provinces that need them most but the government wont provide.
