SCOTIA Organization - Invest in your own protection!
vincent chaotic
Hello everyone, I am Vincent Chaotic, congressman for Nova Scotia. But today I speak to you not just as a Nova Scotian, but as a Canadian, concerned with the defense of our nation. As many of you all know, Congress has been debating the purchase and placement of Canadian Defense Systems and Hospitals for months on end. The result of these debates usually involve the best in military hardware being placed within either Ontario, or Quebec. While protection of the interior of Canada should remain a priority, I am not alone in the belief that the peripheral territories of Canada oftern slip beneath the radar of the bureaucracy. Sometimes this is because a territory is too near to a foreign border and is deemed a "lost cause" of sorts. Other times it is because a territory is too far from a border. But most of the time it's because the government just cannot sustain the high level of investment needed to protect every single Canadian territory; so instead it only protects what it believes to be essential.
In the course of these debates, some members of Cabinet and of Congress noted their belief that Q5 Hospitals and Defense Systems should be sold to foreign states to help fund government initiatives. Another section of congress is of the belief that Canadian made structures should be placed within Canada. To this effect, I have been in contact with several congressmen, party leaders, constituents, and even the President himself, weighing the options available to us. Because the government is often either unable or unwilling to invest in all provinces, a Private organization should exist to aid in the strategic defense and investment in Canada.
As such, I am announcing the formation of a new non-governmental organization: the
Strategic
Canadian
Operations
Territorial
Investment
Agency
The SCOTIA Organization has the following mandates:
1. To raise CAD from private investors, and concerned citizens.
2. Use this CAD to assist the Government in the purchase of high quality Hospitals and Defense Systems for placement within eCanada. or
3. To provide the neccessary funds to purchase Hospitals and Defense Systems for low-population territories.
Many of you may think that I am stealing this idea from Banach. This is false. Aside from the fact that Banach's initiative is largely aimed at governmental fundraising and is focused almost entirely on Gold; I actually stole the idea for SCOTIA Organization from Joey Phillips, so credit where credit is due.
At any rate, for this organization to work, we need the support of you, the public. We need the worker, we need the soldier, we need the congressman, we need anyone who earns a wage to assist us. I am not asking you to part with your hard earned gold. I am asking you to provide CAD, as much or as little as you can spare. Large donations are encouraged, but even if all you can provide is a few CAD per day, that is all we ask. I myself have invested 400 CAD in this initiative, all I have earned from months of saving, from congressional gold awards, and from my super soldier medal. I ask that you help me in this endeavour.
With the population centers being located in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia, it will be a long time before the government even considers fully funding Hospital and DS placement in the rest of Canada. SCOTIA organization asks the have-not provinces of Canada to band together, and help fund each others protection! Alone we are weak, but together, we are mighty!
God bless you all!
- Vincent Chaotic

Excellent program
SCOTIA Organization - Canadians Protecting Canadians
With so many competing charitable agencies for Q5 hospitals, it's hard to decide where to invest.
Before I would invest in this Org., it would be good to know how the money will be pooled and how the Org. will decide where to invest in infrastructure.
Great project. Best'o luck with it.
Donated 141.12CAD 🙂
Too bad that the Feds have no interest in helping their citizens that live in the Gateway province. I hope this helps us out!
Donated what I can. Good luck.

The money shall be pooled into the SCOTIA Organization so that donors can track the growth of the fund and compare it to the set goal.
Goals are to be set based upon a variety of factors including, but not excluded to:
- Proximity to foreign territories and likelyhood of attack.
- Natural Resources within the region
- Committments of congressional candidates involved in the process.
- Likelihood of the Government to provide DS's or Hospitals on their own.
The current fund now earmarks all available funds for the purchase of a Q2 DS for Nova Scotia, in order to fulfill a promise made by Congress months ago, which was ultimatelly transfered to Ontario. Purchase of this DS offers additional protection to our only front-line province, while not turning it into a target for a PEACE Offensive strike.
The second target of the SCOTIA fund has not yet been set, but candidates include:
- Q5 DS for Newfoundland, our only oil producing Province
- Q5 Hospital for Alberta, largest of the "have-not provinces", possibly cost-shared with the Government.
- Q5 DS for Nunavut, one of two Diamond producing Territories
- Q5 DS for NWT, the other diamond producing territory.
Should SCOTIA need to shut down for some reason, a separate list of donors and their donations is being kept. In the event that SCOTIA need to be abandoned before a set goal is achieved, donations shall be returned to their original donors.
I like it. Just wish I was not a boomer and poor right now. I will do what I can to help in the future.
Great Idea, if i have the CAD to donate I'll definitely do so
Nice thought. The eCanada government seems to be taking there sweet time on these.
It is so Canadian to bash the goverment isn't it.
HAHAHAHA.... I like it!
Donated!
