SA Cabinet August 2013 and Status Report

Thank you on electing me and the opportunity to make South Africa great. I thank former president Leon Reno for a month of growth for South Africa and a taste of liberation. The work is not done. We start the month off running.

I thank everyone for volunteering. There is a mix of old and new faces from across the political spectrum. Serving in cabinet is about realising South Africa's goals and takes valuable time and dedication. Contact me or them with new ideas or improvements you would like to see and I ask you give them the benefit of the doubt when critiquing their work. Agenda
I plan to continue the programs we started last month to give them a fair chance to succeed or fail on their own merits. The big change will be in coordinating with allies and our MUs. In war, we need to get defence rolling.

War Status
We are mid-war with Brazil and have just passed a Natural Enemy declaration for that extra 10% damage. This helps us fight them and goes some way to help with the new competition. This battle will go too and fro. Brazil are currently trying to flee into South Africa to escape CUA in South America. Ag shame says we with crocodile tears. Let's show them why Africa is not for sissies.

National Shield
Plato launched the National Shield Tournament today. This is an opportunity for you to set new standards for yourself with prizes, and to help South Africa in a very big way. The more damage you do, the more Gold the Treasury earns. dependant on where we end, we will use it try balance the budget with the balance after savings being return to you the citizen in the same way as we did the Gold Mine.

This is a chance to shine and earn South Africa a glorious new Defence Shield to ward against those pesky Air Strikes.

Russian Rental Treaty
This is up for renewal again and I ask you to voice your opinion in the National Assembly before it goes to a vote.We have constituted an Emergency Congress last term, but ultimately they vote your opinion. Democracy only succeeds with participation.
