eBulgaaria ja eEesti valitsused on kokku leppinud, et eEesti piirkond Laane-Eesti läheb eBulgaaria kontrolli alla järgmistel tingimustel:
1. Laane-Eesti jääb eBulgaaria kontrolli alla 3 kuuks alates selle lepingu avalikustamise päevast. Ala tagastatakse eEestile enne 1. augusti 2018 päeva lõppu.
2. Selle perioodi jooksul kaitstakse Laane-Eestit kõikide seal algatatud ülestõusude vastu.
3. eBulgaaria tagastab iganädalaselt eEestile Laane-Eestist saadud maksutulu.

The governments of eBulgaria and eEstonia have reached an agreement regarding the eBulgarian presence in the region of Laane-Eesti under the following conditions:
1. The region of Laane-Eesti will remain under the control of eBulgaria for 3 months starting from the day this agreement is published. Region must be released back to Estonia before the end of 1st August 2018.
2. During this period any resistance wars that are started in Laane-Eesti will be defended.
3. eBulgaria will return the taxes generated from Laane-Eesti to eEstonia on a weekly basis.
