Rhode Island War Games
Anthony Colby
The wargames being held in Rhode Island between the USA and Ireland are a benefit to both parties. I encourage every citizen of the USA to go fight as often as they can,but only to the point where their local hospital can replace their wellness back to 100. This enables them to improve themselves and our country.
On the other hand it can't be good for the morale of the citizens of Rhode Island. "I live in an army training ground" can't be a good thought. And the litter must be awful by now.
.Update:
We prevailed again. Whew.

A little correction on this might be in order. (Perhaps just a rewording?) Citizens should only fight to the point where their local hospital can replace their wellness back to 100. Optimally they should be in Florida or New Jersey where they can fight down to about 50 and then recover 50 wellness points.
Yeah I would fight right now if I could but I got to get my wellness up.
Good points by both of you. Thanks.
See, I understand the benefit of the war games, but I think that we have been distracted by them for other more important military operations, like Croatia. We should have been there rather than here in the first one, which I noticed when I first came aboard eRepublik. When I heard that the Croats were struggling when we were fighting in a 'fake' war, I was a little outraged. We could have been using the Croatian conflict to achieve the same end. Not against advancing citizens with war, but against starting a war game when we had a real war to fight.
@Mink
Its a two way street - Ireland wants these wargames as well, and the eUS cant just say that we're stopping them without coming to an agreement with the Irish government (plus they're the ones starting them in the first place anyway).
@Mink
You also need to consider that while the eAmerican public might be 'distracted' by the war games, the eMilitary is not.
I managed to help Croatia a and play in the war games. So there! 🙂
Fair enough, Clairee, but some citizens were not able to do that (like me).
Marquis, that's also a fair point. I wonder what's stopping the Irish government from allying with the Croatians or other countries in conflicts with which they shared common viewpoints?
Relin, also fair.
@Mink
I disagree with you. I like eUSA because the government doesn't waste money for useless battles and wars, as it is in Poland. In last month our government lost about 1500 gold for war with Germany, which gave us nothing!
Mink, it is always helpful for people to not participate in the war games until their last login, that way in case something new pops up elsewhere, people won't have already wasted their attacks in the war games.
@Mink
The training wars help our citizens increase their wellness and damage rank until they are at the appropriate level to join the military. So they are important in the sense that they keep new players engaged and on an upward trajectory.
Rest assured, one of the standing orders of the eArmy is to not fight until ordered so we maintain the capability to deploy or push back an attack.

War games are exist in order to help new citizens growing up, increasing our new citizens level and get free wellness from Q5 hospitals. It is better than attacking other countries with madness.
But, we must not let our guard down.
Mink, have you considered joining the armed forces? You can read the requirements for the training division here:

After training, you could join the Home Guard (to protect the eUSA) or the Mobile Infantry (to deploy overseas to help our allies).
