When Rody2k9 and I were made the Ministry of Employment we knew the challenge of controlling the failed government companies (all week the government deposited money in companies), we knew that was a lot of work to do up front and to face the situation with a lot of work and organization.

At the beginning of October, after two weeks of our mandate, if we sum all the capital of all companies of the government, we would have less than 300 THB. Today, a month later, we almost have 500 THB, in spite of our expenses have increased and prices of ALL products that we sell, declined sharply.

Every 15 days Rody2k9 or I will post a summary of our Companies of the Government, pointing out our mistakes, suggesting changes and reporting our expenses and gains.

Our challenge right now, and I believe that is a big challenge for our economy, is to get more employees to increase productivity of enterprises and at the same time, increasing our production of raw materials, which still is not enough in almost all sectors.

But our biggest challenge, for the next government, is get gold for our Treasury, assist our domestic businesses and our workers. It's what we need for improve our country.

Companies with employees more than the recommended by erepublik must talk with us, seeking the best for the country. We can negotiate a percentage of our profit to reimburse those companies that are opening hand of employees. What we need is to talk and organize.

It is also important to invite people to join and erepublik draw workers from other countries. It is essential that the Ministry of Foreign Relations not forget this important issue.
