Response to greek MoFA article

Dear citizens of the New World

It's the second time I write about that issue. The first one, I had been hacked by FYROMians who stole all my property. But thanks to admins I got everything back! 🙂 Probably pseudohistory, blackmailing and cheating are some people's arguments...

There have been many discussions lately concerning the issue of adding the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) in erepublik.
RL FYROM citizens have writen articles with excessive RL propaganda demanding from the admins to add their country with the non-existent name of "Macedonia".

I will hereby try to analyse you the subject with references to the recent greek MoFA article. [LINK]
It's stupid believing that "bad greeks" don't want "poor macedonians" to have a state here. But I'll stay in erepublik and won't try to interfere with RL issues.

Some months before our beloved admins (xD) denied to add FYROM with the name of "Republic of Macedonia" because of the already existent greek Macedonia region. I congratulate them for that decision.

Then Slavomacedons wrote an article saying that "there already is a Moldova region in Romania, and a Republic a Moldova, why shouldn't then a Republic of Macedonia be introduced, too?"
Well first of all there is no romanian protest about that issue, RL Moldovans and Romanians speak the same language, and there is no naming dispute about Moldova.
-Argument knocked down

Their next action was to post an article with supposedly RL "greek" maps, with no argument at all. What an illegal debate!
-PAWNED!

Somebody said that: "UN name of Russia is Russian Federation, and of UK, UK of GB and NI. Still, these countries don't have these names in erepublik. Why shouldn't FYROM be named Macedonia here?" Well, no Russian citizen protested against using the name "Russia", and no british citizen reacted against the use of "United Kingdom". But all the greeks react against the use of term "Macedonia" for FYROM, and their opinion should be respected.
- Respect to the others


Then they got lots of erepublik CPs to support their "Macedonia". Wanting to do what? To cover their RL pseudohistorical and pseudoscientific propaganda with communicative tricks.
-Useless and cheap propaganda

Now let me present and analyse you the greek position on that subject:
1. Add the country with the righfull F.Y.R.O.M. name, as it is used in the U.N., and as the Interim Agreement between Greece and F.Y.R.O.M. regulates.

2. If the erepublik FYROM community doesn't accept that name, adding the country should be postponed till an RL agreement between Greece and FYROM is achieved.

I support these positions, and also thank all the numerous literate people for their support to our cause to defend world history and heritage.
