Reserve Majors

Day 372, 09:30 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by CBall

Have leadership qualities? Want more responsibility on eRepublik? Want to get a foothold in the UK military? Then this article might be for you.

We are looking for a few citizens to step forward and become new Reserve Majors in the Army. If you answered yes to any of the questions above then this will be worth considering.

What do Majors do?

Well, the Reserves are split up into different squads. Each squad is controlled by a Sergeant and each Sergeant will report to a Major. Majors have control over a number of Sergeants and help co-ordinate the squads when needed.

Majors are high up in the Reserves with the only person they report to being the CO. So this would be a great way of getting into a position of responsibility and may lead to greater things. Experience in the military is encouraged but if you have any experience from other areas which is relevant it will help.

If your interested in applying then send me a message with why you want the job and any relevant experience.

Thanks,
CBall
