Information is sketchy at this time but from what we are being told on by eye witness reports, two factions are duking it out in the streets to fill the power vacuum left by the outgoing democratically elected regime.

It seems the regime of President Hamilton has been overthrown due to demands for change in the government and two different groups are now fighting to take power. Leading the populist movement, ComradRoy has attempted to seize key locations such as the Police Head Quarters and the power stations. The Neo-Communist movement’s number two man, Blank Keating, gave a short radio address calling on all workers and new players to rise up against their oppressors and take to the streets. He warned that Frost’s movement would severely reduce their political rights and be a victory for oldfags and capitalists alike. At this precise moment Mr. Keating’s whereabouts are unknown but an unnamed source has reported that he is being held hostage by the Frost Faction.

The uber-nationalist faction, led by Josh Frost, is believed to have the upper hand in this conflict at the moment, having secured control of both the national media outlets and the support of the military and is taking the fight to the leftists. General Frost has imposed a curfew on the sections of the country he controls and anyone found out of their houses are being shot on site. General Frost is believed to support dictatorial governance and the rallying calls for his supporters are ones of national security and ascendancy, as well as the end of unstable democratic leadership.

The Canadian government released a statement today saying that they are “noting with concern the civil unrest in our big brother to the south but that [they] will fully support [their] ally no matter who emerges as its leader”.

When asked for a comment on the situation, the Mexican Prime Minister simply soiled himself and told us he was fleeing the country.

Needless to say, the assumption of power by the highly confrontational and aggressive General Frost poses a serious risk to a region already torn apart by war. Doubtless his regime will be one of reduced civil rights, extreme xenophobia and a strong desire to eat some tacos and I for one am OH GOD THEY ARE HERE.
