Join the new world

Here I propose a new alliance system to aid in the mutual protection of the remaining independent european countries. It is an alternative to all current alliance systems that may represent current conflicts that other countries may not wish to be involved in.

It will provide easier trade between member countries, member countries will be encouraged to only trade with REMUS countries. It will also offer protection between member countries from both forceful and political takeovers.

We will be looking to share wealth and power between member countries. This will involve having good communication and trust between member countries.

REMUS will also consist of a High Elect Court Of Rulers known as the High Court. The high court will consist of a chancellor and an affairs administrator. Each member country will provide one representative. The representative will be provided by the president of each constituent country the day after each presidential election. The court will plan strategies with the aid of member country representatives in order to increase the prosperity of all member countries.

The High Court will settle disputes between member countries and also give permission to organise attacks against non member countries. For example if one member country wished to attack another country they would have to propose it to the high court. The court will then have a maximum of 48 hours to reach a verdict.

If large disputes occur such as was seen in the PEACE - ATLANTIS (of old) wars the Chancellor can appeal for emergency powers where the chancellor can make instant descisions. But the appeal must first be accepted by the majority of the high court and then once passed must be agreed to by the president.

REMUS will be headed by a country as voted by the other member countries.
