In my opinion, since there\'s no houses being sold on market, I think this measure will get the housing scenario worse.

I also think that the president has to prepare the economy for this situation before he gets this approved. In my opinion, a housing market with national companies competing for the internal market it\'s a good scenario, because it will increase internal employment and will give a heat to internal economy. Only in this case I could understand his measure.

Finally, my vote is No, since I don\'t think this will help as unique measure.

We have previously detinhamos of TNT and the power change much the situation in the country, the country simply reappeared the rubble. And the policy applied was precisely this that is happening now.

I\'m waiting for explanation for Mr. President too. The two changes were quite questionable.

Breaking off an existing pact is different from shying away from accepting a new one as it gives a negative perception to eThailand unless the government has communicated to eBrazil first why he did that.

For the housing tax raise, it is even more questionable. Like everyone here pointed out, eThailand needs to encourage housing companies so bad. There\'s currently only one or two active companies and their productions are way too highly priced and aren\'t NOT capable of meeting the demand.

why would we want to desinvolve ourselves from Brazil? I have no preferances for Brazil speciffically (as you can guess from my posting times, I\'m european), but the way I figure we need all the connection we can get.

I don\'t see any problem with that, and if someone show me any problem on this thought, I\'ll reconsider my point.

And may I be clear that I\'m writing about Housing just because the President acted on it.

I see your point on the \"abusive prices\", it\'s really a worry, but then you have to low taxes, not raise them.

Rockman, you are right, the House Company are robbing citizens with abusive prices. But raise the tax will don\'t resolve the problem, because the Company can raise the price too - it\'s a Monopoly.

One solution is create a State Company. s33vald already done that. But we need more privade Companies and more employers in the State Company - only with more houses and more compete the prices will stop and low.

Other solution is low the import tax. It\'s a easy solution, but it\'s not good for our Companies. We can try to make

House Companys, in the most of countrys, need the State Cooperation and Regulamentation. What we can do is put a limit on the profit of the Companies. It\'s only one Private Company, it\'s not difficult to do. But they will can\'t collect money for upgrade to Q2. We have to discuss it.
