Brazil - South Africa Non-Agression Pact of 2011

Upon passage of this referendum; I will call for a vote by Congress to affirm the result since only Congress can repeal laws.

The passage of the Uruguay MPP forces out hand and effectively scuttles the planned invasion of Indonesia. We are wholly unprepared for change in direction in relations with Brazil and have not had enough time to put a reasonable MPP stack in place to defend our interests in South Africa. Impatience threatens to sink our ship. Yet anarchy is growing.

My hope was that the one campaign would be a sounding board for the viability on the course being forced on us by reactionary forces. The problem we face is that nobody knows what the actual support base for drastic change is. The presidential results appear to read differently from public sentiment. There is nothing I can say to Brazil anymore that rings true without a show of all public sentiment.

It is time for every citizen to make their voice heard.

I will prepare the 250G penalty we invoke for terminating the agreement and breaking clause 2g and 2j should the referendum pass unless Brazil and South Africa can both agree that there has been no ratification of the NAP in terms of clause 4b and 4c. South Africa have overlooked past violations by either party as resolved and will not dredge up matters neither CP were involved in and thus could control. The final option is to serve notice in terms of 4a if Brazil can agree that there are no violations this month so that this matter may be settled amicably.

The goals is:

One nation
One people
One vision

Amandla, Awethu. Power to the people.
