Join the new world

Good morning dear friends,
today I’m here to present a new long-term program to tutor new players.
This program is designed mainly (but not only) for new RL Swiss citizens, since we hope we can plan a baby boom and make RL Swiss players join eSwitezerland, instead of eGermany, eFrance, eItaly or other countries.

As far as I could notice, our community is very international, so obviously English is the most spoken language, in order to be able to communicate.
Actually I think a new RL Swiss citizen would be strongly encouraged to stay in our country if he could find a support (guides, tutoring for the first days, community in general) who speak his same language (and not English).

I’m not stating we should suppress English, but we should add a real and firm support to a German/French/Italian speaking player who registers in our country.
At the moment, I’m recruiting volunteers for the following roles:

-Active Tutors (should speak at least one of Swiss official languages)
Also e-young players can apply for this position, since we are in need (we will provide a proper training for all tutors, dependently from their knowledge base)
Tutors should be available to be present on IRC, because should we have more players, IRC is the better way to train them.

-One Sub-Chief tutor, responsible for his own language (so a total of 3 people)
Sub-Chief tutors should be experienced players. They are charged of coordinating all the tutoring team speaking their language (so German SC Tutor will coordinate German-speaking tutors, the same will occur with French and Italian ones).

-experienced players who give their help to give Tutors in need an initial training.
To apply for this role presence on IRC isn’t required (we could train new tutors via PMs/a forum/gdocs or other ways we will discuss).

Finally, I can just invite you to join our program, since we still need people (players who already gave me their availability via PM don’t have to apply anymore).
