This is a message from our President Red Duck:

"Hello, we are recruiting ambassadors for the Czech Republik. As Czech ambasssador to another country, your job would be to participate in negotiations, to administer the embassy, to maintain relations with the country, and to promote Czech interests. If you are interested in this position, please answer these questions. It need not be perfect and some questions do not have a 'correct' answer, but your response will show your ability find the appropriate information. Responses should be short, max on sentence. PM me answers and which country you chose.

2.What raw materials and products are needed in the e-Czech?
3.What raw materials are in e-country capital?
4.Which MPPs e-country signed?
5.What is GDP of e-country?
6.What is last proposal of e-country?
7.Who is their e-president?

The US has around 30+ ambassadors to the different countries of erepublik. I have to say that this form is a pretty good one, but be careful in gathering information. It's hard to sort through what's valuable and what's not.

Nice... but when I was minister of foreign affairs i did this together with vaclav only, but we were active of most embassies...

radim: I want make stable system, so we would not change ambassadors with every president change. For this I prefer quality over quantity too.

It is good to have a stable system of ambassadors and I intend to maintain a spreadsheet to pass on to the next Foreign Minister so we can keep tabs on the status with our Ambassadors.

There will also need to be a degree of quality assurance - as we need to monitor the risk of Ambassadors getting embroiled in local politics/personal disbputes/etc that could reflect badly aginst the reputation of our nation.
