Recreating the Czech Military

With the recent banning of Juan Ameri and with Vaclav now living in Germany, much of the leadership behind the Czech military has dissolved. What I propose is an overhaul of the military including a handful of reforms to make our army more capable of dealing with foreign invaders, should the worst come to be.

1. Organization by Strength and Rank

I think this is an important point that we passed over last time. Before, the military was divided into two sects: one of high level strength citizens, the other of low. By dividing instead by the both strength and rank we'll make sure our best fighters are together. By having the best with the best, we can guarantee that the fighters who will make the most difference are supplied with weapons, even if the lesser groups are not.

2. Stockpiling of Weapons

The leader of the military should create some sort of contract with a local weapons company in order to guarantee that in wartime we will be supplied with weapons. A deal can be brokered that would be beneficial for both sides but the company owner would have to be a reliable and active citizen.

3. Encouragement of Foreign Expeditions

Unfortunately, we lack many veteran fighters. In order to cure this ailment the military should encourage and partially fund lone soldiers to travel to wartorn countries to experience combat firsthand. The government could provide enough CZK for a moving ticket there and back after the soldier would fill out a form explaining where he was going, for how long, etc. In order to prevent this from causing conflict, foreign expeditions would not be sent to neighboring countries and would show no tendency to fight against either major alliance. Hopefully this, coupled with the fact that those sent would not make a huge impact on the battlefield, would prevent any conflict in the future.

I don't know if Vaclav still maintains his role as Minister of Defense, but I see these reforms as advantageous. Hopefully we can look to reorganizing and improving our military with and despite the loss of Juan Ameri.
