Recent Bans and Multi Accusation Clarification

As many of you probably know, Monkey111 was banned yesterday by the admins for the apparent use of multiple accounts. As you probably also know, admins only judge whether you are using multis by behavior, IP Address is not a factor.
I have been in contact with Monkey since his ban, and we have found the most likely answer as to why he was banned. And also, why I am now being accused by Kim Yu-Na of using multis myself.
On Facepunch's eRepublik thread, Monkey111 has posted his eRepublik referral link several times for new FPers to register from and benefit by getting gold. On April 15th, about five people reached level 6 on that same day. One day later, Monkey was banned for multiple accounts. It is only logical that someone registered several accounts under the referral link and made it look as though he was using the multis.
Who would have done this?
Someone who visits Facepunch, someone who doesn't want Monkey or myself around anymore. Kim Yu-Na accused me in the media of using multis to vote for myself in PNK. Elgrand messaged Monkey on Facepunch talking about how he could "sink so low" as to use multis. I know that neither Monkey nor myself would do something like this, and especially be so stupid as to use our own referral links and then make it blatantly obvious we were using them for our own personal gain. We're veteran players, we wouldn't do something as idiotic as that. This is obviously an attempt to remove us both from South Korea.
Monkey wouldn't need multis anyway, because he ran without opposition in FSDP. If I was using multis to vote for myself, don't you think I would have used enough to actually get into the PP seat in PNK? Breton Boy beat me by 7 votes even after the fact. This is all a stupid trick played by a stupid citizen.
Thanks to all the real voters who voted for me in PNK, but I've returned to FSDP with my colleagues. I will continue to serve the country as best as I can, and I hope you all understand that neither Monkey nor I used multis. Congratulations to everyone who won.

I said no such thing to Monkey in that PM as he well knows. If he gives me permission I will post it here in full for all to read if you really want me to.
If I really had six multi accounts able to vote on election day wouldn't I have used them to win the election I wanted to win?
You were the one acting like a Judas by running against me and taking the votes I needed to win the election. This after I had been nothing but civil to you and acted like a brother from FP trying to work together. you are a disgrace and this latest batch of lies really takes the biscuit.
Also now I think about it are you suggesting that I made six multi accounts and got them to voting age on election day on the off chance that you might decide to run at the last minute as a spoiler candidate and I would then try to frame you?

Oh finally some explanation why monkey was banned. I was wondering. Not that I would trust anything MW writes.
Admins don't have to time to check things in detail, but seriously, it's a WTF move.

It's been done/attempted before. I think Drago had it happen to him a lot. He had the forethought to return all the referral gold immediately though 😛

I've known Monkey for a long time and can assure you he would not multi-account. I hope the admins will be reasonable about this and overturn the decision.
Also Elgrand, I don't know about Mark's intent, but I certainly do not blame you for this. I think there has been some harsh feelings amongst us that we need to resolve.
Mine was different - Got overturned as I never profited from the multis I was accused of running, Financially or politically.
Admin normally gets it right when spotting multis on election days.
I do however feel that Monkey111 is carrying the can for someone close to him, who decided to use multis and tried to establish their legitimacy through referall, employment in IGC and 'friends' listing Monkey111.
Well the Islamic Grain Company is only nominally active, I am not actively hiring, and there are only three employees, myself, Khorne the Blood God, and a facepuncher named Noctellia. So I don't know how it incorporates into what you are saying?

Petitions do nothing. Ever. I doubt they even read them.
Why would you change parties just so you could attempt a hostile takeover and then switch back if you lost? That would never even take off the ground in a real election.
