As your new ambassador to eIran, i have created a Canadian Embassy on the Iranian Forums, however I dont think anyone over there is fluent in English (or any language I know for that matter).

I have also messaged both the current Iranian President and his predecessor, but without much avail. The language barrier alone prevents any meaningful dialog or negotiations.
