The Dragoons has always been about courage, commitment, and community. We will uphold these values and use them as our core framework.

Courage

To step out and break from the crowd requires courage. To do something a bit different requires courage. To have the aim of being a world class MU require courage.

To be a dragoon, it requires courage. We are looking to step up to the plate and develop ourselves and our unit into a world class fighting force.

Commitment

The Dragoons require a commitment - not only to the MU and the leadership thereof, but also to the eUK and TWO.

IRC will be the heart and soul of our elite group of individuals. As such we require a commitment to participate in our IRC activities and to engage whenever possible. All orders, supplies, strikes and meetings will be done through IRC so it really does require this commitment!

Commitment is a two way street though and the Dragoon HQ makes these commitments to you:
- To Constantly Listen - Your feedback is important, so tell us!
- Keep pushing the boundaries - We don’t want to just sit back and let things tick over - together we want to be recognised as how to run an excellent MU!
- To encourage participation - No slackers on the HMS Dragoon!

Community

The best thing about an IRC based MU is the opportunity to create a community. If you’re looking for a place to mix with like minded individuals and have a laugh while you smash your button allowance for the day - Dragoons is the place for you! Also, to promote a sense of belonging we have ranks, awards and medals! Not only that but we’ll be having games/community stuff throughout strikes.





- To be in Division 3 or 4 (this is to turn battles in our favour)
- To achieve 30 kills a day minimum
- Work in commune (For supplies)
- IRC activity:
- Daily (to receive supplies and orders)
- Attend at least 1 out of 2 weekly strikes (Unless given leave by officer)

Most importantly while daily logins and fighting is required. Real life does indeed still happen. As such all Dragoons are able to request leave, we do request that you inform command however!





Supply structure is slightly different so please read carefully!

- All supplies handed out on IRC based on FFs.
- Each member is able to claim up to 15Q7 tanks per supplied day.
- No supplies given outside of strikes on strike days - instead everyone gets supplied together at the strike!
- Supplies for BH/CH attempts may be available depending on strike - it certainly is our aim to make sure if you’re going for it that you get the support for it!
- Supplies are obtained by joining IRC channel and pinging a bot who’ll keep track of everything and make sure a supplier gets to you.

Obviously supplier IRC coverage is a priority - we aim to have a number of members available to supply on shifts - if you want to help out make sure you put that down!

The IRC based system will be on a trial basis - and if people have serious objections based on issues present then we’ll be open to change!





Strikes will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays (preliminary). Please remember that attendance at one of these is compulsory (although both is prefered). If you have an issue with strikes please talk to any of the officers and we’ll sort something out.

We’ll set up a doodle poll to make sure our members can decide when to hold strikes that suit them as soon as it’s feasible!
